On Aug. 5, in response to a promotional solicitation sent via email from King Soopers, I purchased 3 gift cards (3 x $100), intending to use 2 of them as gifts for an event on Labor Day weekend. Not only was I called by GCM to confirm the credit card transaction, but I also contacted them via email after 11 days to inquire about the order status, since they were not received. I contacted GCM again yesterday (Aug. 29,2016) since I did not receive the cards, and now today I have received a phone call saying that they cannot honor the order and are refunding my money (God knows how many "business days" that will take). This is unacceptable, that they clearly have records of the transaction, and they cannot ship out the 3 gift cards to me? I passed up an opportunity to get discounted gift cards from another source since I had this order pending. Now I'm stuck paying the higher price. This is absolutely unacceptable service, and a waste of consumers' time.
(Incidentally, I wish I had checked their rating here before conducting the initial transaction; I would definitely not have attempted this purchase through Gift Card Mall.)
I bought a gift card for 200 dollars 198 dollars was stolen. Bought for my travels thinking it would be safer at the gas pump. It is a fraud company. Tried calling nobody answered. Where is my money.
I had a friend send me one of there gift cards and when i actived. It for the 300,00 dollars as soon as I was done they charged Google play for 300.00 dollars not once but twice and now I'm waiting on a third card that was suppose to be in the mail days ago this company sucks and if anyone is smart they would not buy nothing from this company I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO RATE ANY STARS. I got a roblox card from a Kroger store and i noticed it was not fast card (What roblox normally uses) and i thought it was strange, i go to put in the code, and it doesn't work at all, only time it hasn't worked was that particular card, so i contacted support on roblox (still waiting for a replay on my actual problem) but anyways scammed out of $25, DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS be on the lookout for fakes like this one
I would give a zero but that is not an option. Received a $50 visa debit card as a gift in July. Left card in package and opened it up right before vacation around August 20th. Tried to register it but it gave me an error, so I just checked the balance and it showed $50 so I was like ok balance is there and should be good. Didn't end up using card on vacation. Today I went to use it and sales clerk said ok your balance on card is $3.02. I was like what? Well went online and was able to view transactions and 1st transaction hit 8/22 which iwas a few days after I checked the balance. And then a bunch of other small ones. Even one transaction for a couple of bucks that was done today. Phone number on card is useless because if you don't have the correct zip code that apparently the thief put in you get no where. Not even an option for live person to talk to. Total BS. I'm more upset for the person that purchased the card and gave it to me. Obviously there is alot of money being stolen from these cards. Very sad that people like this exist and steal like this. I guess the company doesn't care or they are in on the scam. Not very good security that's for sure.
If giftcardmall is going to refuse orders, why bother to be un business. My bank approved the purchase, the information matched, so what is the problem. Lousy service.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company should be located on SCAM avenue in FRAUD city. My story begins immediately after my purchase of a $200 gift card for my clients. They never received the card and when I reached out to customer service to get them to resend the card I received a lot of hesitation. After this hesitation they resent the "Gift Card". Weeks later my clients went out to dinner and sent me an email that night after letting me know that the card was invalid and had a balance of zero dollars on it. Once again I reached out to customer service and spoke with a woman who danced around questions and dodged my concerns like she was returning a punt on the last play of the super bowl. She couldn't keep her story straight and kept talking in circles. Of course, no resolution was made. The same people calling you about your cars extended warranty run this company. Instead of throwing your money to a sham of a company, pick a good charity and give someone else your money, because you will never see it again.
Guess disappointing that this company seems to be a scam and we are all out of money. Has anyone found how to get their money back. I furious finding out this was a scam.

It was a normal day until i went to buy a Roblox gift card i was having a nice happy day until i got home I was not happy of what I saw I soon realized it was FAKE! And I cannot get a REFUND so I am very mad no not ever go to the site or store!
This is a scam - they charge you for whatever card you order and then they cancel your order under the pretense that there is a "security breach" - they then hold your money and you have to wait for a reimbursement. SCAM AVOID SCAM AVOID
I have 2 cards, a fast card gift card and the giftcarmall one, Fast card worked but you guys gave a bad code or the ones that are fake so I just wasted $25 bucks on a card that doesn't even work, if you want to sell ROBLOX cards the get codes that ACTUALLY WORK.
There was a fraudulent charge from gift card mall on my debit card. I called them to look into it and after 5 minutes of searching they found info that matched mine. They told me that there were multiple attempts of different amounts and one finally went through. Why they wouldn't stop multiple attempts is beyond me. They said they have the email address that the e-gift card went to but that it is against company policy to inform me of it. They went on to say that their fraud department would call me in 3-5 business days with any more information. I asked to be transferred to that department, they said that wasn't possible. I asked to have the number so I can call myself, they said that they do not have a number for them, that they contact each other through internal emails. So, they admit that there were fraudulent transactions but i'm at a stand still until they decide to contact me, hopefully next week? After reading many reviews on this company, I am confident I will not hear from them at all. And, yes, that information above is from a "manager" that also refused to answer any of my questions while repeating the same info again and again before hanging up on me. Disrespectful and rude employees spouting lie after lie. Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought two Legoland gift cards on April 15th, as a birthday gift. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that the ship date was the 20th of April. I called April 26th to see why it still hasn't arrived, and that's when the representative stated that the order was cancelled. I never received an e-mail stating such cancellation took place, and furthermore they had not credited my credit card if this were true. They said "sorry", but sorry just doesn't sit well with me when I have to tell my friend "sorry, Gift Card Mall is sorry they screwed up your order and now you have no birthday gift". Now I am worried that they won't refund the money, I will have to reverse charges with my credit card company, hopefully I can get my money back that way. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, if they were truly "sorry" then they should offer to overnight the gift cards and at least refund some money back for the stress and hassle, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!
Tried to dispute a transaction through the merchant. Was unable to. Could not access the website dispute form, website said to call if there were problems with the dispute. Called, just got told they'd email the dispute form, told them three times that I had the form emailed to me, got told this was the only way. I explained again, they asked me to use my phone. I do not have a personal cellphone, they called their supervisor, got to them in less than a minute just to tell me again that the online forum that I could not access was the only way. I told them my computer would not load it, they had the audacity to tell me to go out of my house and to a library to fill it out on a computer there. So you are saying your site says to call if you have issues, and then you are just gonna tell the person to go to a public place, put in private information, to fill out a your forum that does not work? I got put on hold for several minutes, then they got back to me and told me they would have to keep me on hold for longer to get me to a supervisor. When they got to one in less than a minute. I just gave up. Never gonna get that money back, they should remove the tooltip telling you to call if you have issues, if all they are gonna to is try to shove the thing you have issues with down your throat. Unhelpful, uncaring services... I hope to never get a card from them again.
After attempting to make a purchase of an egift card from the Kroger website I received a call saying that this company needed additional information. I couldn't understand the phone number. I called the main company and immediately canceled the order because the way it was being handled seemed highly unprofessional and smelled of a scam. They had already placed a pre-authorization on my bank account. When I told them I wanted the pre-authorization removed I was told that they couldn't do that and I'd have to call my bank. This was a lie. After speaking with my bank they told me GiftCardMall could have done what I requested. Of course "Cole" give me the old "a supervisor is not available". He also continued to use my first name despite the fact that I told him that he should not use my first name. I've already sent an email to the grocery that is linking to this site, and will not be making a purchase as the whole experience left a bad taste. I cannot recommend them.
