Your first mistake was you request if the item was in stock.(umi iron phone)

Second mistake was parting with money.
Compounding your mistake like a zitty teen at a titty bar with a fist full of cash you got accessories and paid for express shipping you poor fool.
Third week and mistake all you've got is some generic mesagess from robot toasters and your hand down your pants so you sa F it I'm lodging PayPal dispute. Oh no you FN didn't you poor fool you bloody told them that brings us too...
Fourth week/mistake you now gave a dam useless screen saver and crud headphones shipped and a PayPal dispute the cornhole toasters are saying you must close before they can post your phone...
Dam you requested a refund and PayPal were provided tracking numbers by the dead eyed toaster that have repurposed your phone into a suppository.
You are now stuck waiting for accessories to put a not as described claim in with PayPal and ship it back too the geek bastard toasters...
Months later you get your refund but now you have to spend the money it on glitter glue to fule your sparkling addiction whilst Master baiting to the animal channel and now there's a robot toaster President...
I purchased a phone from these guys almost a year ago, I sent it in for repairs three months ago and these guys are SNEAKY, and underhanded. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I had to ship the product back right before the chinese new year and then wait 3 months for it to get back to me, which was the most ridiculous thing ever. A 2 month holiday? Are you serious? Then, once the product arrived, WITH scratches on the screen not caused by me, and the fact that I couldn't even login, I had to send it back a second time, wait a month for them to repair it, and I WAS PROMISED it would have the screen fixed, and for all the inconvenience they would send me a case with it, they did not do that either. Some of the worst, most unorganized technical support. After all of this, they offered me a 4% off coupon? Yeah because that's worth the trouble of 6 months of hassle. They didn't even refund me the money for the shipping, they refunded it to the original payment method, which I no longer have access to. They couldn't just send it to my PayPal? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM GEEEKBUYING!

I ordered the GPD Win, a small gaming computer, and was very excited to receive it.
However, after placing my order, it became very apparent that my apprehension to buy something directly from an Asian company was justified.
First of all, I paid $9.99 extra for a carry case to go with it and $5.99 for a screen protector, and did not find out until AFTER I made my purchase that it comes WITH a carry case and screen protector already.
When I emailed them the very same day to adjust my order, they told me it was impossible as they had already shipped it out.
Well this was obviously a total LIE because they provided me wrong tracking information not once, not twice, not THREE times but FOUR TIMES! Four times I was given the wrong tracking information. I had to call DHL to get the correct tracking information.
Not only that, but I paid $12.95 extra for 5-7 day shipping, and it still took a couple weeks to get it. I only found out later they did not ship out out until at least a week after they told me they did, and that it was impossible to change my order.
Once I received the items, the most important part, the computer itself seems great. HOWEVER! The accessories I spent good money on (carry case for $9.99, screen protector for $5.99), were total garbage. The zipper on the carry case broke the first time I tried to zip it closed. It was a cheap piece of garbage generic carry case like you'd seen on ebay for $2-3... and the screen protectors, BOTH of them, were BENT.
So all in all I paid an extra $28 for total garbage between the crap accessories and the faster shipping.
I would NOT recommend dealing with this company unless you are desperate.

Ordered wrong version of phone so i asked to cancel or change to other phone but they didnt have other model in stock.
If you are a lucky person, probably GeekBuying is the best site where buy, but if you are not so lucky, maybe amazon is a better choice.
Few months ago, I bought three android tv box mecool m8s pro w for 32.66 each, but unfortunally one of them has decided to stop to work despite I used it only two or three times, maybe the device is faulty.
After some questions on the issue, the customer service has offered me, first 10 and then an half price refund (16.33), alternativly they asked me to send them the tv box to repair it. Ok, I want a working box, I want to ship the tv box in order to be repaired:
- where? In China even if I bought it from the Italian warehouse. Why in china? I'm in EU, EU has strict rules about warranty, but Geekbuying has its own rules.
- how? GeekBuying has reqested to ship with the cheaper untracked available shipment, probably in this way it can get lost easly
Honestly I accepted the half price refund but GeekBuying has cheated me, I paid 16.33 for an unwanted ornament. Personally I'll never buy from Geekbuying and I'll reccomand the same to all.
