Basically i live in egypt, but i wanted to purchase a camera for my uncle that lives in France. I ordered a Xiaomi Yi camera, The US Edition because the china edition is $#*! compared to it.
Basically after a day they messaged me on my email asking for ID and Visa confirmation becaause their "risk department" needs them for our own "privacy aand safety." (they need prove that im like real or i own the visa) i gave them everything and after that they messaaged me back after waaiting for their reply for like 20hours+ they simply replied telling me the risk department declined the order and they will refund my money. ("the order is still in the UNPAID Section till now!") - Okay then, i have been waiting for my goddamn refund for 4 days and they still did not refund my $#*!ing money, my uncle will leave the country soon for business deals and they are $#*!ing us up with their ignoring (Messages/mails/live chat useless talks).
I have no $#*!ing idea what to do now like, they make me $#*!ing beg for my money back!, i'm seriously sorry about the swearing.
EDIT: Day 6, the order is not removed yet from the unpaid section somehow, i spoke to them in a livechat yesterday and told them if i didnt get my money i'll report their website because i have evidence of everything they kept on replying with please message the presales for your payment.
Today i spoke to them on their facebook page telling them i want my money now im not going to wait for more. They replied with my message has been sent to the customer service to look right into it. Still nothing happened till now. Lets see.

My story is long so I will be short - I wanted to order phone and earphones mic for my brothers birthday. They refused to send it because my paypals addres is different from my brothers. I searched for "refund" button or "cancel the order" but they DON'T HAVE. So I write them - 3 days no answer and then I opened a dispute in Pyapal. Somehow on the same day they answered me that they'll do everything needed to send the phone after I canceled the order and opened a dispute in PayPal. After 2 days they posted a tracking number to paypal (they send to my brother the earphones whick cost 18$, but do not send the phone which is 370$) and with singapours mail not with DHL (I payed almost 10$ for that). They wanted from me to cancel the dispute in paypal - but you never have to do that (once you close it you can't open it again). And so paypal considered that geekbyuing send me the order and canceled my dispute. Now I try to show the truth - sending emails to paypal with the tracking information and what they send to me... And that they trick them and me!
Sorry for the mistakes. And never trust geekbuying - they are just scam!

Bought a FeiyuTech A1000 gimbal - initial shipping cost was $33. 51. 3 days after ordering got an email saying that according to DHL where I live in New Zealand was a remote location so I would either have to pay $32 extra shipping or use a different shipping method. I chose to use the alternative shipping which took 13 days to arrive after initial delay of about 6 days to ship (item was meant to be in stock and ready to ship immediately). Once it arrived I found the package was missing 2 batteries so I contacted their support desk - after 5 days got a response telling me to check the package carefully. Still waiting for a further response 2 days after replying to their "suggestion". Will not be using again
After posting this review got the following email from them:

No I will not be removing my negative review - just because after you receive a negative review you decide to try and address one of the aspects in the review does not mean the review as originally posted is incorrect, and to delete or amend it means I am complicit in deceiving potential customers. Also for the cost to buy 2 re-chargable batteries myself I cannot be bothered going through what no doubt will be a long winded process taking weeks or months during which time I would have bought the batteries myself anyway to enable me to use the gimbal to its full potential
