Very fast delivery of goods, unfortunately I couldn't pick it up on time (customs duty problems with local DHL in Slovakia), the parcel was returned back to Hong Kong, Geekbuing refunded full price.
Have bought from these guys before, probably spent a couple of thousand here had generally ok service, but this has been a complete clusterf@#$*. Order two mobile at the beginning of February, Grace from geekbuying contacted me a week later saying one of the phones wasn't available, would I be interested in another option, it is $15 cheaper. Sure, ok fine, there was a bit of a time constraint, I needed them for May 15th, just send them. Ok, we will send them out right away! They even speedily refunded the $15! After a month I start checking the mailbox everyday, nothing.
April comes along, starting to get worried. Ok, go find the email with the tracking numbers... oh, they never sent it. Contact Grace (with her email chain). One week later she finally responds, Oh, but you cancelled your order! I certainly did not! And if I did, why was the money not returned. 3 days later, oh sorry, someone mistakenly cancelled your order. Ok, well send it! 2 days later, sorry, we don't have one if the phones in your color! I don't care send whichever. I also look and see that the phone is now $80 cheaper than when I had originally ordered it. So I ask if they can send by expedited shipping, and any chance of giving the discount? 2 days later, sorry, we can't give you the discount, we can give you a $5 coupon for your troubles. And we can't spend money on expedited shipping (plus customs might look at it and charge you). What should we do? Just ship the damn things!

57 days since it was finally shipped out - STILL NO PACKAGE - 140 days since initial order and charging of my credit card.
So moral of the story, if you need anything from these guys in say, I donno, 6 months, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! And if you get an email from Grace about anything, cancel and go to anther website because your order just fell into a black hole!

It is curious that the number of complaints we handle are due to the fact that we do not know the procedures and processes that are conducted by Internet sales companies from China. Particularly for me it was a very pleasant experience, and no thanks to that I was not charged the customs of my country, nor that the price was less than half of my product, if not for the human service and so high quality it offers Geekbuying. Unfortunately, people who want to save money in their country, are the ones who buy here and not really those who could appreciate everything that may in the future retail sale online. The only reason I purchased a phone from them was because they offered a 3-5 days shipping with DHL. At the time of buying, the website said the phone was in stock and that it takes 2-7 business days for them to ship it. Took them 2 days to process the payment, phone was ordered on 02/28/2017.
When I contacted them for the first time I knew it was a joke. Their consultant are clearly Chinese which is fine but why do they use a picture of an American looking businessman? Anyway I was told that "the phone is very popular and their supplier didn't deliver it on time". Why would your website say it's in stock if it really isn't?
Contacted them again and was pretty unhappy after having the live chat opened for over 3 hours waiting for someone to show up, they told me they got the phone and it was "being tested". When I told them I didn't believe it the consultant said "THE TRUTH is we won't have the phone until the end of next week as we didn't receive enough phones from our supplier". I was told to wait another week.
Contacted them again and was told that they still didn't get the phone but they will leave a note for their colleagues to cancel someone else's order and post it to me as a priority.
Tried to get them to change my order and send me a different phone but gave up when I was told it's gonna take few days to change my order.
Thought the live chat was a joke so decided to send them an email, after 2 days of waiting I got an email asking me to send my email to a different address as they updated their emails and the one I used was for other queries. You should update your website if the emails are wrong.
The most annoying thing is that they don't take any responsibility and blame their supplier saying there's nothing they can do... Let me help you out here... Don't say you have the phone in stock when you don't.

Looks like I'm gonna have to go to my bank and get them to get my money back because I don't feel like dealing with their incompetent workers anymore.

Been buying stuff online for years and have never experienced anything like that. Very disappointed and angry at myself for not doing enough research before buying but thought the times of fooling people online were over. Stay away from them.

Hello everyone, in short they are cheaters who show one price but hold back information about taxes in a country there the parcel are going to be sent. In my instance I payed the bill and ordered phone to Germany. In 3 weeks I got an email from the border custom agency with the request to provide the receipt for the parsel from China which they stopped at the border. I showed paypal receipt for 400 Euro.
Afoward the custom agency sent me the PDF where says this phone declared as item with the price

And the custom obliged me to pay 90 Euro of duty. I asked to send the parcel (phone) back to China. DHL did it. After 2 months I contacted Geek Buying in a question to return the money back to me. I didn't get any answer, I sent the same question few more times to them, and finally they answered just one word- "OK". WTF! I really pissed off guys, please don't order anything to Europe from this place if you don't want come across with the problems I have now. They are simply cheaters, that's it!

The sales from European warehouses, like Spain, Italy, Germany etc. are misleading. They give the false impression that the phones and other devices are sold in Europe, so within the European Union, and that they would therefore not run the risk of being taxed with VAT and import duties.
However, when one checks the invoice the join with the item, it says as country of both origin AND shipment, CHINA!
Imagine if one buys something in Italy and has it shipped to Spain, what risk and possible trouble that would be when customs officers see that.
The page where one buys the product does not specify that one runs this risk.
They upped the prices though (which are far higher than buying directly from China, as if the taxes were included.
The phones also do not have at least an English user instruction. All is in Chi nese and one just has to guess what to do, as the software is not up to date and will not function unless one figures how to update it.
Obviously this way you can also forget any 'European level' warranties for that price. They do offer at the end some sort of insurance and some sort of return warranty against an extra fee.

Have you read their responses in 'English'? Well it is often even worse when they communicate by email. How can they provide any proper CS if their English is so poor?
It is also strange that this poor 'English' is also displayed by many of their customers giving them 5 star reviews here and elsewhere.
I tried to buy a phone with this company. They advertised a phone with a 72% discount. The first time they would not let me pay. I checked with visa. Turned out Geekbuying did not even try to collect payment. So I tried again. This time I paid the order, but found out Geekbuying confirmed a different phone. I e-mailed but did not receive an answer to the question the replied on. So I called everything would be OK, they would send the phone I ordered in the first place.
They however did not. Geekbuying e-mailed that the phones were the same. I e-mailed again explaining the differences. No reaction. Eventually the tod me again the phones are the same. I orderd a Zuk Z2 pro while they confirmed a Zuk Z2. These are very different phones. Eventually I called 3 times to China. Only then did they tell me there was a mistake. However they would e-mail me about it.
Geekbuying then e-mailed they made a mistake with pricing the phone. If I would pay $ 282,00 extra they would sent me the phone Almost twice what they advertised with. So no way. I had to e-mail several times, call three times to China before they admitted their mistake. In the Netherlands they sent you the phone for the price they advertised. Apparently customerservice is very different in China.
So Warning never buy from Geekbuying
As you can see Geekbuying now responded. Too bad, that from the moment I e-mailed them I gave them 2 options
1. Deliver the phone I wanted and ordered in the first place
2. Return my money.
Geekbuying just kept trying to sent me the phone I did not want and did not order.
Other thing, I explained with every contact the screensize isn't the only difference. The phone I want Zuk z2 pro supports the 4g frequencies I need in the Netherlands, the Zuk Z2 doesn't.
I am truly disappointed in the reaction of Geekbuying. If the they wanted to return the money, they could have done this immediately as I asked!

Sorry about the issue. As this item is a new Model and our Product editor wrote ZUK pro 5.2 inch by mistake, but all the rest of the specification are the same except for the size difference. After we found out the mistake when we get the item in hand, we noticed customers by email and also adjust the on line specification.

I normally dont write reviews but this site needs a review.
So I ordered a phone at Geekbuying.com and waited, after daily contact to the support, like a month for the package to arrive(I am living in Germany). I was happy when it arrived but I found a smashed, bad looking box inside of the package. When i opened up the box everything was already set up and it looked like the phone was already used.
Besides that, they sent the wrong dash charge adapter which already broke after 3 days, so I wasnt able to charge my phone properly. So I was trying to get the german dash charge adapter for my phone and started texting with the support via E-Mail.
After one week texting via E-Mail to an support man, whose english was like a 4 years old one, he finally told me that they will send me the original german dash charge adapter.
I was happy and thought that this is very kind of them. But after waiting about 2 weeks let this charge adapter ship, I opened the package and what did I see. The same old charge adapter with the german plug on the front, which I already owned and which broke after 3 days.
Dear Geekbuying.com, why dont you send me the original german (eu) dash charge adapter which is like one piece to charge my phone. If I use this small german plug sticked to the US adapter the whole thing will break again in some days and i will probably get an electric shock, which happened once before.
Sry but this isn't good customer service!
It took ages to wait for the support to answer me and they did not helped me... it is sad.
