After my order I've gotten an email from their support that they are out of stock (which should be noted on the website and not let me order) and gave me an option (same device, different color) I can switch to and have my order shipped faster than waiting for the original color to arrive. I was disappointed that my order was delayed so much but they were very friendly and answered my questions well.

I paid over £260 for a Dobbie drone from Geekbuying. It developed a terminal fault after a month and a half. I tried to claim under guarantee only to be told
"GeekBuying offers 1 year warranty for the Consumer Electronics for example: TV BOX, TABLET, CELLPHONE, GAMEPAD, SECURITY ITEMS and so on(Please note that the RC quadcopters are not in the scope of this warranty)" In other words no replacement no refund. £260 lost.

I bought a "laptop" which turned out to have illegal windows software and is inoperable. After it tried updating the system shut down completely. No local technician could repair it, it didn't even have the BIOS system to install an original version of Windows, I had to pay and send it back to them for repair. It happened for a second time, I sent it back and I asked for a refund, they say it's my fault and won't give me back my money. Stay away! It's 10 times better to buy stg with a proper brand from a local electronic shop with a proper guarantee and a physical presence in case stg goes wrong. Even if it costs a bit more. It will save you the trouble and waste time energy, and money.

1>When you sent us the first email (kept the laptop for more than 1 month) " Initially this laptop had no issues, but after I accidentally deleted a driver, now it is completely stuck. I've tried resetting Windows but I get the blue screen and it constantly restarts itself.
It won't shut down properly unless I hold the power button down." We asked you to send it back to us for repairing.
2> We got it repaired and sent it back to you. After 3 months, you contacted and told us the problem appeared again. And request full refund. According to this situation, we can only do partial refund to you. Hoping you can kindly understanding. If you agree with us, please reply our email.

It is curious that the number of complaints we handle are due to the fact that we do not know the procedures and processes that are conducted by Internet sales companies from China. Particularly for me it was a very pleasant experience, and no thanks to that I was not charged the customs of my country, nor that the price was less than half of my product, if not for the human service and so high quality it offers Geekbuying. Unfortunately, people who want to save money in their country, are the ones who buy here and not really those who could appreciate everything that may in the future retail sale online. Thank you very much and congratulations, continue with your professionalism and desire to serve your customers efficiently! Es curioso que la cantidad de quejas que manejamos sean gracias a que no sepamos los procedimientos y procesos que manejan las empresas de ventas por internet desde China. En particular para mi fue una experiencia muy grata, y no gracias a que no me cobraron la aduana de mi país, ni que el precio fue menos de la mitad de mi producto, si no por el servicio humano y de tan alta calidad que ofrece Geekbuying. Ordered an android box from geekbuying paid the extra for DHL, contacted DHL who told me tracking number is wrong, this makes me believe that my item was not even shipped and will have to wait a month or more for my item. Seems I have been cheated out of the extra money I paid. Item is for a sick relative whos Birthday it is in a week. No communication from geek. Never again if this turns up in a month or more

Newer more buy by Geekbuing! After 14 they say, send back new smartphone on my cost and interesant i pay return local service by buying. 10 new cost for me and i dont now, if i became a new smartphone or refund money!
Never more Geekbuying! Bad experience. I buy the smartphone because i need it imeditaly, not to wait two month on new one!

I am really impressed with the company customer service, and especially Elaine.
Ordering from Geekbuying for 7 years now, this is the first time I needed the support.
Geekbuying sent me a phone, but an employee of my local post office opened the package and stole the cell phone! I filed a report and send an email to the support explaining the situation, to advise me what I can do. They understood the situation, and even if it wasn't their responsibility, they gave me a refund! Great job. Loyal customer service, and in the time of need, they helped tremendously. THIS is what I call a responsible and helpful service! Will keep buying 100%, recommended.

Placed order one week ago. As per website it will be shipped in 2 to 5 days. However item is not shipped yet. However thry charged my PayPal same day. Very poor communication. Never reply to emails. I doubt I will receive my item as promised in 2 weeks. I am not sure who is writing those rave reviews. I am considering filing a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. Don't be fooled unless you want to wait more than 60 days. Is Little bit of a price difference worth the wait? I don't think so. I think they use out money to purchase stocks and then ship it. They probably don't carry an inventory. Very disappointed.

Went for the new Xiaomi Mi6, and a couple other things, got a notification from one of the CS guys, Grace that one of the items was out of stock, found some other and refunded promptly. Was informed during the wait and as soon as the goods arrived and got out, shipped on a Friday, across the oceans and in my hands half around the world on Monday, you just cant beat that. The phone is fantastic, services super good! Just cant complaint! Will definitely do it again!

Wow, I am really impressed.
Everyone make mistakes, the question is how you deal with it. When Geekbuying sent me the wrong cable for my phone, not only they offered me a refund, but they also agreed to give it according to the LOCAL CURRENCY (!) which was much more expensive then the price on the site, just so I can get it ASAP. This is what I call responsible service. Great job. I will keep buying in this site!
