There is a $75 GasBuddy card limit which is ridiculous considering today's prices. Couldn't even fill my tank!
Either it';s a total scam and the prices are always wrong and set by the gas stations themselves to get you there or it's useless at best.
It does not give me what I need anymore, just pop-ups which keeps me from using it. No gas prices shown etc with pop-ups activated

Their web-site glitches a lot, specifically the trip cost calculator section. It simply put just doesn't work a lot of times.

Revert to the old app and castrate the current prigrammer so that his genes are not passed on.

GasBuddy finally granted my request to cancel the gas card and remove my banking information. It took multiple emails, but they finally did it.
After reading about customers having erroneous bank charges from Gasbuddy, I requested that my card be cancelled and my bank account information be removed. I keep getting the same response to my ticket, "Thank you for the email and we apologize for the delay". No action is taken. My bank info is still on their site, and it looks like my card is still active. Has anyone found a way to cancel and remove your bank data?
Go back to the old version. This new one is disappointing. What was wrong with the old version that required you guys to change it? 0.5 stars
Tried to cancel membership... will not answer emails or phone call to cancel have tried many times. No response at all! Stay away
I installed the app and it has been trying to push their mobile payment and even requested to access my mobile bank account
Updates to Gas Prices are more than 6 hours old and many times 12 hours old. I believe users are tired of the new app. Please go back to the old one!
In Southern California regular members post inaccurate prices for rewards. No one checks. The more they post the bigger the payment.
I have been using the Pay with Gas Buddy for several months and up until now WAS satisfied with it. Beware that if your card at the pump doesn't work for what ever the reason it will hold a $30 charge in a pending status each time.
I had never had my card before so I was unaware of this. So when it finally worked the 3rd try, it only allowed for a $15 transaction and the daily limit is $75. I was so upset because I had entered my gas loyality information at the gas pump for this transaction and I had earned a $1 off a gallon for one fill up. Since it was the card issue, the gas station or bank could help me. I called everyone from the pump! I talked to the store cleck, I call their 800 number. I called my bank. The bank couldn't even see any of the transaction. The only one I didn't speak to was PAY WITH GAS BUDDY! They don't answer their phones. The recording refer you to send a message via their site. EVEN for fraudlent charges! You can however leave a voicemail. I left several and sent several messages for the last 4 days.
Finally got a call today. In a few words, they claim nothing can be done. It could happen again and there is no recourse. She had the nerve yto tell me how much I saved with the 7 gallon that I was able to received! I saved because I EARNED those gas points at the store not with GAS BUDDY!
The new program is the biggest downgrade in Computer Software History! It is in a word terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible

Gas buddy should list stations with Ethanol free premium as a main category, not lust price. I need to know this information.

Stop with this pop up... I looked online and It told me everything I jeeded... not worth the time with this app as it obviously has very poor ratings
