Why is this service rated, by the members, only 1 1/2 stars?

I cannot currently imagine as to why the rating is so low.
My experience has been perfect in South Florida so far.
GasBuddy is always accurate, works great on my android smartphone, links up well with turn by turn audible directions to the cheapest gas station.
Therefore I rated this app 5 stars and I never do this unless it always makes my life easier to manage day to day.
