Really good quality, but expensive... Just one question though... Does GAP actually stand for gay and proud?
Their shipping and return process is so easy. I don't know why other companies can't do it the same way.
Both a nice pair of corduroy jeans. Funny, it was made in China and I am a Chinese student studying in USA.
Her name was Jeany, she helped me find exactly what I needed for my return and was patient, kind and the service was outstanding.
I ordered a product from GAP but received the wrong product. When i contacted customwr service to request an exchange, was advised i could only reorder and purchase the same product again, and if i wanted a refund for the incorrect product, I would have to ship it back then wait 5-7 business days for a refund.
Placed the same order and surprising, rwceived the same incorrect product again. To date, GAP refuses to send me the product I've purchased from them twice, and hasn't refunded me for either product I returned. Therefore, GAP owes me over $60 for the errant products they sent me and I was forced to ship back; And, they owe me 2 of the exact same items I already paid for. The worse part is the chain of deceitful untruths provided to me by GAP "Customer Service" reps, who assured me they would reimburse me for the 2nd error they made that I, the consumer, was forced to resolve for them, as well as cover the cost of expedited shipping once the issue had been identified and resolved. All a complete and utter lie! None of it happened; just a few hang-ups when I was finally able to speak to a human being in "Customer Service". True story.
ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE and FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES, and even worse service! Negative 72 stars.
I love their shirts specially t-shirts and Jogger shoes, I ordered two times and they didn't disapoint me
I received a GAP card and I love it! They're always sending me discount codes, which saves me alot. Loving it!
In the jeans on shelf, i have good frame but i lookbig when i get home but small in shop they have tilted mirror
Gap kids is my go to for back to school which I complete the March before school starts in September!
Reliable, stylish products at popular prices, excellent service and delivery. Couldn't ask for more.
My favourite purchases this week a couple of stylish jumpsuits in jersey & lovely knitwear with Perfect quality and good prices. Totally worth it.
All in all I had a good experience, I liked your professionalism and attitude to the customers, I will buy again from your store, thanks
I am so disappointed with Piperlime. I ordered a pair of Hunter boots and a pair of socks. They claimed to ship the entire order, but when I received the very small box they sent me, I found nothing but a pair of socks. When I called to ask them to ship me the boots I ordered, I was told that they couldn't "re-ship" them until they had conducted an investigation. When the investigation was completed, I was told, they might be able to "re-ship" the boots.
When I called back four days later, I was told that they had investigated and were now authorized to "re-ship" the boots. Unfortunately, they will now require a signature for delivery "to make sure I receive them this time." I received the shipment the first time; they just didn't pack my full order. But that's their policy and they're sticking to it. So now, in addition to the delay I've suffered due to (1) Piperlime's inept shipping and (2) Piperlime's policy requiring me to wait while they investigate before they'll consider completing my order, now I'll have to wait until I have a chance to drive somewhere to pick up my order after I receive the notice that the deliveryman was unable to leave it.
This frustration could easily have been avoided if the customer service rep I spoke to when I realized half my order was missing had simply apologized and promised to send the rest of my order right away, perhaps with express delivery (and without burdening me with their signature requirement). Online stores, especially those like Piperlime that don't offer a price discount, need to realize that their benefit lies in quick, home delivery. In this case, I have neither home delivery nor quick delivery.
My first order was my last. I'll stick with Zappo's from now on.
I love 1969 jeans and their staff are great in Valencia Mall. Miss the mall since I moved up north but go there every time we are in Santa Clarita CA
I ordered and my order is yet to come so im still waiting maybe i got too much stuff.
The only reason that I have shopped at the Gap in the past 20 years is for boy's jeans. There aren't many choices for boy's jeans, and the Crewcuts at our mall moved out, as well as the Gap. Unfortunately, I purchased two pairs at Gap on-line recently which did not fit my son. I immediately returned them the next day. This order was placed before Thanksgiving and was received back to them (via slow USPS because they do not have a UPS shipping label). They received it on Nov. 30th, despite numerous 'customer service specialists' telling me they didn't receive anything. After tracking it and speaking to a supervisor twice, they admitted they received it. After six calls, I still do not have a refund. I was originally told I'd receive the credit on a Thursday, then a Friday, then 7-10 business days, then 14 days, then 15 days. Finally, a supervisor told me 15 days and made notes on my account to refund me at the 15th day. I called today (Friday afternoon- 15th day) and they are still refusing to refund until Monday, which is the 15th business day. However, they aren't going to be processing anything over the weekend, so I don't understand why I would need to make a 7th call to them. Also, the supervisor yesterday reassured me that I would not be told any longer time frame, and I literally received an email from Gap the next day telling me 25-35 business days! Is this company for real? And they wonder why so many people prefer to shop with Amazon and Zappos who ship in 1-2 days and immediately refund customers once received (or even just scanned with the carrier). No wonder they are closing so many brick and mortar stores. They are 100% not customer friendly and tie up everyone's money at the holidays, probably because they are on the verge of bankruptcy. And by the way, what happened to Banana Republic? They used to be my #1 go to for all clothes. I shopped with them almost exclusively for 20 years. Now they are like a bad Gap- selling only basics and their quality has severely declined. Fabrics are now polyesters and other synthetics, made in China and have no style. I think this company is headed out!
I bought from the store a few times and about three of the times I went I got a coupon from the clerks so next time I came I saved and bought more!
I have always loved the stuff at the Gap, They are cute and fashionable.
Answer: During the pandemic, it is actually impossible. They do not have customer service reps and the call just simply says they cannot help you.
