Be careful when you buy because they try to scam with automatic subscriptions and then do not return the money
A key wasnt delivered to me so i got a mail saying i would be refunded instantly but i had to wright multiple complaints over 3 or 4 day before i finally got my money back
Absolute worse service ever, Bought like 6 xbox codes (aprox 500$ total value) All of them worked fine until last one, which was wrong currency (SGD instead of USD) so not usable in USA, sent all the proof they asked for and they replied everyday with something else, not even looking into issue, they said that they have to sell the code to someone else to validate that its not used without even looking into the previous proof about it not being in USD, will never deal with them again, this is first negative review i have ever written and i have bought 100s of games and codes on different websites, absolute disaster

I send a video after they ask picture for prove. I tell them it's better if i send a video, and i send a full video with the key activation and they send this replay
"As requested, please send **full, unedited screenshots in a. Jpg or. Png format**."
They are a bunch of retärd i don't care if they not give me a code or my money back, but NEVER EVER buy something on GAMIVO, trust me, good looking website, but trash support and scammers.

I signed up to their Smart subscription and cancelled my subscription once I realised they massively overinflate their prices once you get to the checkout. Only problem was they did not cancel my subscription and then charged me again the following month. When I complained they claimed that I did not cancel my subscription even though I had proof (I always screenshot a cancellation page). Do not use this company as their prices are not better than the competition even though at first glance it may seem so. Not better than CD Keys on any of their prices for comparison. Use at your own risk and document everything if you do as you will most likely have to complain to your bank thereafter
Gamivo is a straight forward online gaming site, where a great selection of games is available at great value prices. No hassle and easy to browse and use.
I had ordered New World last month (October 2022). Either I was blind while checking out or the Gamivo SMART sub was very well hidden or hard to read/find on the checkout process. As soon as I had completed my purchase I received my invoice, and also my Steam code, however, a few moments later I get a charge for their SMART sub. I did not make a fuss about it and cancelled it ASAP. Yesterday, to my surprise I get an automatic renewal notice from PayPal, so I cancelled it yet again via PayPal's website. All-in-all I do not recommend Gamivo due to this simple reason, very unfortunate. I tried to resolve the issue with PayPal, which was denied. I then tried to resolve it with Gamivo's customer support, which also got me nowhere. It is a shady business to be adding on the SMART sub when checking out. I detest this practice with a passion and will definitely not be purchasing from them again. A bad experience and bad customer support, the least they could have done is find a quick solution, meeting half-way, like adding a credit to my Gamivo account. They lost a customer, and I will certainly not be recommending them to my friends and family.
Exactly what you want, quick delivery of keys what more could you ask for, can't speak for customer service as they delivered the key straight away as they should.

The thing is, It was stated that the product was available but that wasn't actually the case.
I contacted the client service, very friendly guys I must say but I had to wait until the morning for my "key" than I got an account instead...
I got the login and password but I needed a code to unlock it, on gamevivo is stated that It would take 10-15minutes. I waited An hour didn't recieve the account unlock code. I waited hours for the client service and finally got the unlock code.
At the end I didn't recieve a code for my account but an account which also makes it possible to play when I'm logged in at both accounts at the same time. But this is NOT what I wanted and what was promised tot me.
I'm dissapointed.

Simply amazing. I've bought a few skins here and never got scammed and, when I had a problem they would answer me in mins. As I said, amazing. Totally recommend it.
I am not aware of subscribing to "Gamivo". I think I was forced to do that when I only wanted to by a game. I never got any discount for that, by the way.
GAMIVO has hidden auto-subscription's to their "SMART" service which is essentially a 10% discount promo code for select trash games. I wake up to see $5 taken away from me for no reason, then I see my card details stored on their site and auto subscribed.
I complain to their staff who literally don't care at all, they proceed to say they can't refund me. So, I've essentially been scammed as I didn't have reasonable foresight as a consumer about the SMART subscription being added for a $13 game. In many countries, this sort of behaviour is illegal.
You might think; "it says SMART is a subscription on their site for a few dollars..." but it doesn't tell you that you've been subscribed to essentially pay for... nothing.
Don't trust the positive reviews, they are likely affiliated with GAMIVO, you can see negative reviews on reddit about the same issue. The good thing is if you are persistent in going through their BS, you can get your account deleted.
Companies that try and squeeze a few secret dollars out of customers without their consent DO NOT deserve to exist.
Tricks you into subscribing to Gamivo Smart and makes it as annoying as possible to unsubsribe from it.

Sold me a duplicate key. Gave the screenshots support asked, then they asked for more info they knew I couldn't provide. This was the last time they got my money.
If you want used, invalid Microsoft product keys with a complimentary customer service that has reached so low it actually gives you a headache dealing with the halfwits that calls themselves "representatives", then this is the site for you.
For I have recently purchased four Windows 10 LTSB volume licenses from these scumbags, which were all used up before I could even activate Windows with a single one. I provided an excessive amount of proof at their request, but it still wasn't good enough.
After an argument, they agreed to send me replacements of the license codes, all four of them, which were also used. I tried to launch a PayPal dispute, but it ended in their favour. Now they're holding my money hostage and making me dance in circles trying to get it back.
This degenerative company seems a lot more concerned in giving customers the ultimate runaround and making lives a perpetual living hell rather than return deserved refunds for the shower of crap digital products pouring from the unscrupulous merchants that traffics in their twisted clandestine network.
Having purchased many licenses from multiple platforms in a four-year span, including eBay, I can confirm that this is the only site that has given me the most trouble. I do not intend to purchase from this cesspit site ever again and I advise anyone buying digital products, particularly Microsoft licenses, not to do so either.

Even after me saying two or three times I didn't want the subscription it still added the subscription therefore im sticking to cdkeys even if it's abit more expensive it's worth it.
Very chill and easy experience, only had some concerns regarding some games that I had to wait some minuts to get the key, but otherwise It was great.
