I've had to order four replacemnts. The guard breaks too easily. In twenty years I've never actually broke a phone screen. However if I tap the guard it cracks. I would get a different brand but I paid forty dollars. I am getting tired of the $5.99 shipping. Also I made this complaint when I placed my last order and gadget guard never responded to me. They don't seem to care about their product or customers Just get the money.
I had to choose between saving a toddler and holding my phone. Thank goodness for Gadgetguard! Although the screen protector cracked, it did its job and Gadgetguard sent a replacement promptly. I am a very happy customer!
I love that Gadgetguard will replace the screen protector for your phone for a shipping and handling fee as many times as you need to replace it. My daughter is hard on her phone and seems to need replacements frequently. The processing and delivery takes a couple of days, but they get right on it and send it out. You can choose for faster delivery for an increased fee, but we usually get it in a couple of days! My husband has never had to replace his, and I did replace mine after dropping my phone on the concrete. So far, it has always protected our phones so it's doing it's job!
The screensaver would not stick to the entire cover of my phone. It could possibly be because I have a curved screen. Both edges from top to bottom about a quarter inch in would not stick. I will not order another one. It was like this on the last one I had as well. You can see the shades edge on the left side.
The process was too complicated to get a replacement screen. The Warranty process should be easier. Although the lady that handled my claim was very personal and professional! Thank you for your help.
Getting a warranty replacement is super easy! Unlike other companies its hassle free and yall dont even require the broken one to be sent back to yall... I never understood why companies made you do that... thank you for such a smooth process
I Love GadgerGuard. They never give me any trouble when I need to replace my broken screen. I have been doing business with them for over 3 years. Their website is easy to use. They always send my replacement in a timely manner.
I ordered the wrong product. I need to exchange/return it and the company has still not contacted me about this. They don't accept phone calls and they never get back to you. I am stuck with a useless product and I'm actually willing to pay more to get what I want. Customer Service response time is terrible.

In short, fitment is excellent. Feels like nothing else. Service is also excellent. Very helpful staff. It's true there are many brands out in the market but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My wife also uses the same brand with her Samsung Note 8. I can say keep it in the family comes naturally.
AT&T made it sound like there was free replacement if I got this thing... so I got it. It cracked within a couple days... BUT, the real kicker is I have to pay $10-15 each time (for "shipping")! I'm now on my 3rd screen... and even the new one has a "mark/flaw" on it. I probably won't ever purchase one of these again...
I purchased my GadgetGuard screen quite a few years ago and registered it right away! I've had to order so many replacement screens over the years and I'm just still so shocked at how cheap it is. I'm so rough with my phone and these protectors really keep up with me. Something I love about mine is when I break it, there aren't chips that fall out, it still stays intact even with the cracks. I will probably use gadgetguard for the rest of my life! So glad I found them.
I love that all I do is pay for shipping and my iPhone X is protected once again. I have bad luck with damaging my phones but the gadget guard has help prevent damage for 2 years now. I'm super happy with the protection and life time warrant. This is my 4th screen protector in the 2 years. Thanks!
Quality packaging, thorough instructions, the cost really is insurance for your phone screen. My screen protector cracked and it was replaced free of charge plus $9.00 shipping. I originally paid $50 for the screen. Still wondering what was I thinking.
About 9 months after getting a new phone and Gadgetguard protector - I dropped my phone squarely on the screen. This drop will have definitely broken the phone's screen but only cracked the Guard. A few days later, I had a replacement in hand. This system works plain and simple.
This is an amazing company! I'm literally on my 3rd or maybe 4th screen protector (due to my toddlers dropping my phone. Not bc of a deficient product) and ordering a replacement is the easiest thing! Soo grateful for gadget guard! My phone will last motherhood with tiny children because of their product!
I always love your products and the lifetime warranty. I had it on my previous phone and now on my current phone. This new one was extremely difficult to put on. The instructions were confusing. I finally got it on, but it's not aligned perfectly but it will suffice for now.
The product seems to be very flimsy and while it may "protect" the screen, they crack very easily. The replacement I received before was broken within a couple of weeks, and have just received the new one. A person could go broke paying $5.95 for shipping at the rate they seem to be cracking.
L was impressed with the Customer Service of this company. I expressed my issue in an on-line chat with a Cust. Rep, and she was so helpful. She did not grill me as if l was at fault. She took my address, my downloaded copy of a receipt, and next thing l see, it was in the mail right away. One day I was asking for warranty to cover my Gadgetguard and filing a claim and a week later I got my guard. So thankful for this service. But I have to pay so much for shipping. Find a cheaper provider. If you stand by your product, and customers prove their loyalty, reward them.
SCAM WEBSSITE! WARNING! I order my package 7 months ago and they failed to deliver in an easy to navigate suburban area in California. They promised me an extra package for FREE and 30 percent off my next orders, but still I HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I even gave them my friends address this time and told them to hold at post office incase it fails. AMAZON and other websites deliver to our homes with ease, they are not hidden mansion homes but average homes but still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
