You go on this website purchase something then you either dont receive the details for ur order (the listings seem great) but ive just had no response by the seller to get ur purchase or the seller responds stalling it, clearly a scam marketplace, then u open a dispute and it's not solved, have to go through paypal dispute, they arent worth the hassle and rely on the fact that it's just a small payment so don't expect u to dispute it or u open a ticket and they dont respond or favour the seller, ignoring that they havent actually gave u what u purchased, stay away not worth the hassle. I wait for the sellers response and they ask me for my email address trying to take it off the platform or give stupid vague responses saying order please when ive paid.

I purchased 4 CS2 accounts from G2G. All 4 accounts were pulled back by the seller. I reported it immediately with full proof (screenshots + ticket replies). G2G admitted the seller was banned but refused to refund me, claiming "the seller withdrew balance." This is ridiculous — obviously any scammer would do that. Buyers beware: if anything goes wrong, G2G will copy-paste excuses and leave you with nothing. No real buyer protection exists on this platform.

Refusing to help with a seller who has now provided not 1 but 2 fake wow game time cards even though I've open a problem with transaction and not finished it

G2G support is honestly the worst I've seen throughout the history of Internet.
I've been going back and forth with their team for a measly 1 euro that they just refuse to refund to my G2G store balance.
Every day I have a different agent, most of these agents can't read the thread and I have to repeat myself ten times.
I've shared video recordings and proofs that I OPENED A CASE TO GET A REFUND IMMEDIATELY UPON HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SELLER - they still try to claim that I could have redeem a replacement code.
Just try to avoid dealing with their support whatsoever and save your braincells. Order ID was G**************QA3

When g2g contacted me they asked for all proof, I sent it and they said they are gonna investigate the issue and said me to wait.
I am all day checking the email for a new update but then they say they didnt receive any comunication from me when they asked me to wait while they investigate the issue, look at the screenshots and understand that this is your mistake.

Not, the sellers response here is also fake. They CAN investigate with the information provided here. They keep chat logs, and I mentioned the actual offenders. They also do nothing to fix the reviews. I've already opened withs with G2G support and they do nothing about it, hence the "G2G allows this." Fake listings... G2G allows this. You cannot review the sellers, unless you complete the order, another words, the item is delivered to you. So, basically here is what happening.
You buy something, then the seller realizes he underpriced, or realizes he can sell for more, so they either 1) just do not respond to you and wait for you to cancel, or 2) you cancel. Either way, you cannot review the seller. Some of the Sellers that are doing this is DionysusGod, MangoGame, and FutureNP. The only resolution is to fix it so all sellers can be reviewed AFTER THE TIME OF PURCHASE, NOT AFTER DELIVERY. After further review and attempting to purchase other gold from the same game, I found out these sellers are posting FAKE currency orders in order to "test" how much interest there is, and how much they can get. I got one seller to admit as much. G2G allows this activity. G2G will respond to this and ask to create a ticket, but they will do nothing about it. They will continue to allow this activity and they will continue to not let you review a seller until they deliver the goods.

The worst company for gamers, seller refuse to deliver items, they refuse to reply to messages, when you cancel they are in control of your money for 48 hours, they get to decide whether you get it back or not. Stay clear of this place. The seller is *, stay away from this people.

After buying from g2g there have been attempts to hack several of my accounts. G2G has done nothing but suggest I change my passwords. Great advice to give someone you're attempting to rob. Seller on their site is still active with 100% positive rating after reviewing and reporting fraud.

Don't be a seller on this site they always ban if the store have a lots of the ballance. You can check my insta Hakimaru if you want to know what kind of scam they do. I have arround 40 Millions Rupiah Currency and they ban my store for the reason bla bla bla. Nahh i'm not recommend this site for seller. 100% Scam (if the store have a huge ballance)

We only take business opportunities from products that we have not yet reached because our shop is open 24 hours to provide maximum service to customers. We saw that there was a TikTok coin product on g2g and we found out how to sell it on youtube, tiktok, and google, That the only way to sell tiktok coins is to log into the buyer's account which then we are confused about whether g2g allows such products to be sold/added.

A week later we still saw the product still on g2g. Then we participated in selling it, two weeks later we felt bad because to top up TikTok coins the only way was to log in to the buyer's account and top up on TikTok's legal site (official tiktok site). We felt this was very risky that's is when we removed the product in our store at g2g 3-5 days ago. However, it was g2g itself that convicted us of committing a violation. This would sound funny if it went to court.

I have been buying from g2g for quite some time now. Some sellers are slower but generally most of them deliver on time. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy game items from them.
