No response from admins or support team of G2G
That's an official scam there my friends, i do not suggest anyone to sell / buy anything at their website and that's a good lesson to take to never trust any third party websites such as G2G or any alternative
(What proves my case that they will never be able to respond to this review becuase they did scammed me with no reason given at all)

Update 29/09/2024: They closed my ticket acting like they really fixed the issue but problem still exist and nothing really happened for 3 days in row

Customer took the account no problems at all and my money kept in hold for 14 days
After 14 days it says your payment capability is disabled for no reason at all!
Support doesn't respond to my ticket and my money wasted on their website that way

Im not very good in english, but Im trying hard and here the facts of my condition and loss

Im reseller of lost ark gold

Im seller at g2g, even with 100% legit delivery video proof with deleted recall mail so farmers cant take back gold mail delivery, I still get scammed and losing money by buyer

And g2g 100% allow it without hestitate cancelled the order who has been delivered with video proof

Here the truth

1.80% seller at g2g are reseller, after buyer place order it need very long time to fullfill order waiting farmers to take and send gold to buyer

2. I believe Im the fastest delivery reseller in g2g because I only take small margin and do instant payment to farmers after they send legit delivery video proof to me, so many farmers instantly take my order or ask me to sell their gold stock so its always ready real stock

3. After I click accept order, gold delivery is on proccess all farmers are in proccess send the gold and I cannot cancel them even tho I havent paid them because that break ethical code in business and not polite.

How if I cancel while delivery is on the middle of proccess?

Order cancelled and money refunded instantly and buyer can buy to other seller immediately, but how if farmers already send the gold to buyer? Farmers will ask me to pay them or I will be a scammer to farmers even tho buyer have gold and I dont have money because order canceled

Im as seller has reputation 100% honest and legit im groups, always pay farmers, but not all farmers are honest and legit, there are 11 thousands of anonymous farmers people in groups who all of them dont have reputation as farmers and not few of them are trying to scam, I dont know their real name, their address, etc.

My loss is

1. I already paid farmers with my money cause delivery video proof are legit

2. Buyer said and did refund gold to farmers account without confirmation and agreement to me first, buyer dont know the condition and situation. I need to ask farmers first if they want cancel, if farmers dont want to cancel I will give another account for buyer to refund/send the gold. Not refund to farmers account.

3. I already contact farmers some of them not active, some not replying so until now I never get my money back from farmers like I said before farmers are anonymous and dont have reputation like seller.

4. My final condition is order canceled by g2g, I lose 3.500.000+ IDR money, thats almost a month of my income in g2g, and I think I will never get it back nor have justice

How if Im stop being gold reseller? I dont have another better job and very hard to get job in this poor country, how I feed my family?

Thats really dilema on one side I scammed and lose alot money, on the other side I cannot retire as reseller yet.

NB:

I sell only lost ark gold, not selling item.

Buyer buy gold at g2g lost ark gold currency section and ask me to send him item at auction instead of gold

How if item price at auction changed higher/more expensive? Cancel? When there is any cancelation order my reputation/success order rate will going lower at g2g app so it will be my loss

How if I send him item? And then later scammer buyer will claim he buy gold at gold section not an item, and not received gold. This also will be my loss Im scammed.

All condition will be my loss, I dont have any justice here.

After all of my condition and loss g2g still cancel the delivered order and blame me why Im not send buyer item instead of gold..

This company sees the buyer on their platform as just a number. I am almost guessing that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Sellers take way longer than the advertised 1h delivery speed. The seller sells account, just to steal them from the buyer and act like nothing happened.

When u report the order wich is already taking 5 hours, u get an email that goes like this:
"Dear user

Please be informed that this is a system notification for your ticket.

The investigation is completed and you can check the previous responses. Any future response to this ticket will not be entertained."

In other words: "shut up, don't try to message us. We won't respond."

ALSO be aware that they don't refund you in real money, but just their store credits. This way they trick you in still buying from their platform. Sadly a well known scam.

Tldr: As of now i needed to send a bunch of proof videos/photo's. And they ask me to give the seller another 24hrs. For some reason the orders status is now "Order completed".
This is getting insane. More info in the edits!

**EDIT: I still needed an account so I messaged some of the resellers. OctopusBlacK really helped me out and even delivered the account within 30 minutes. So for him 5 stars!

***Edit 2: if a sellers status is online, then i asume they are online. When a seller responds to me, then i asume they are online. This problem didnt happen once, it happens almost everytime. When the buyer cancels because it takes to long, the seller can just dismiss. Reporting seemingly doesn't matter. Trying to debunk my review and than say "we are sorry" is strange.

Didn't think it could go worse, but it just did... Account got banned and I was just completely done with all of this so I messaged g2g. But offcourse to no help. They just say contact the seller and wait 48 hours. After 48hrs no reacting, wellll than i can try us.

Well... 48 hours later and still nothing. Escaleted it and i am now waiting for their conclusion. My hopes of getting my money back is gone.

Now they ask me to give the seller another 24hrs and to give them the username/password... Strange. So I made a screenshot and blurred some parts out. They also asked for a video of the in-game ban pop-up, the ban email and a video of me logging into the social club account. It feels like I'm talking to the police, where I need to proof that I'm innocent.

AAAND i found out why the order is completed.
" We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund this order in accordance to our Refund Policy as the order has already completed. Please reach out to the seller directly using G2G chat to resolve issue."
