The Store isn't bad nice sellers fast and easy but I will say the support is $#*!. I wait 24+ hours for 1 respond just for them to give vague description than leave my ticket alone. I am currently waiting an extra 17 hours for my paypal to get verified by the support team.

Site doesn't do anything for the sellers. No compensation, and the support is literally a repeatetive comment from G2G. Extremely disappointed, never using this service again until i find compensation.

Do not use G2G. I've been seller there for almost a year with over 1000 orders and satisfied customers. They suspended my account out of the blue because game accounts I was selling apparently are not allowed on their market, even though it was never specified in their ToS or seller guidelines. After few hours battle with support their just started ignoring me right after I asked for ability of withdrawning my balance. They stole over $500 of my balance on g2g and did not hear from them since then at all.

#Edit. G2G team contacted to me about my issue and explained everything (although I still think I've been suspended unfairly, I do understand their decision. Overall site is good but you need to read their ToS carefully - keep in mind that they can suspend your seller's account if they do not like product you are selling (even if not specified in sellers guidelines).

I was having some thoughts after hearing so much about g2g but everything turns out pleasantly well! The customer support is very helpful in guiding me to checkout my purchase. They accept quite a number of payment methods which is useful if you have limited options to pay in your country.
Minutes after paying, i got a message saying my order is ready and got my gold in game without any incident.
I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to buy game products like gold or leveling service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely gonna use this site for a very long time to come. Good job guys

Two separate orders of less than 10k gold total. All gold taken and account suspended within days. This is how little they care about being safe and 100% will NOT refund you either. Don't bother unless you hate yourself.

If only i could give 0 stars. Awful communication, awful support, site full of scammers, support are $#*!ed aswell 0 help they promote scamming. Keep closing ticket without solving any single thing. Last time buying from them, don't let the " nice " prices lure you over or you will regret it. I don't recommend this scam.

G2G is a dangerous place to buy account, as my account has been stolen immediately after a month that I purchased the account. The account that I bought is a bronze ranked account, and I've ranked up to plat 1 within a month, and I've bought some RP. Then, it was stolen. And when I talk to the customer support, they said they could not help. With no offense, the website is suspicious that they might just took back customers' account, and they resell again for a higher price. Otherwise, how come they do nothing to protect customers' property?

Lots of scammers
December 28, 2022

Tried to gain access to my google account multiple times and asked me to send 2fa codes for just logging into a bought account, refuses to explain why and no refunds. The website is legit but lots of a sellers are not. They resell hacked or stolen accounts from data leaks, most the accounts sold gets retrieved by the original owner or the sellers themselves. Reconsider your choice carefully unless you want to lose your money like me.

One of the sellers I bought from issued a refund. I got my money back as store credit, annoying, but I can accept that. However, for some reason, I cannot use my store credit to make any purchase. So now my money is sitting in purgatory in their system as store credit that cannot be used. I can't use it and I can't get it back.

On top of that, the support is not responsive in any way. I issued a ticket and 4 weeks later it still has not been resolved and all I got were some copy and paste messages from the FAQ that did not help in any way. At least inform me what the issue is and that you're working on it.

A very sketchy verification process "to prevent money laundering" that caused me to have to report my credit card as stolen.
Only bots respond to your emails, and their customer support is as useful as speaking to a wall.
They scammed me out of 10 dollars since I cannot get my money nor my code back as I haven't completed their sorry excuse for a verification, which isn't that bad, but I highly recommend staying away from this website.

Account scam

Bought a LoL account which was recovered right after a day, the account had free insurance but the seller doesn't care and the support is silent and is not replying. Pretty bad experience, don't recommend.

Unresponsive seller

I've been like waiting for almost 10 hrs. The seller isn't responding at all. I have 2 purchases still pending. But the seller is always online.
The last time I bought from that person took just 5 hrs I guess

Refuse to release funds

I paid for Powerleveling service for which the seller claimed was the wrong one and asked me to cancel and reorder a different one. He then said he didnt offer that service any more. So my $40.29 CAD that i sent via SKRILL is sitting with G2G as "Store Credit" and they refuse to refund the money. Keep in mind that i was told to cancel the order.
I would not nor plan on using this website for further transactions so they will always have my money.
They instantly close the tickets requesting a refund. So now they are sitting on my money collecting interest in an account.

Scam Site!

If you sign up to get game currency and the seller does not deliver, this site will NOT respond to you and close your ticket out without even a reason. The sellers are scammers and G2G condones it and will do nothing about it. I believe they're in on this scam!

Buyers beware. I purchased a Minecraft account on G2G. The Minecraft account was claimed back through a Mojang dispute and G2G told me that they were okay with this and they're not going to step in and help. I have to now go through the hassle of a chargeback and will make sure never to buy off this pro-scammer platform.

Do not use this site. I made them hundreds of euros over 2 years and they allowed me to be scammed. Despite the massive amount of proof I gave under the 14 day insurance window they rudely told me to pass off. Take your money and assets elsewhere.

There's really no recourse for the seller - they pretend to sell an account and then they claim that it was hacked. The game company sides with the seller and returns the game account back to the owner.
Paypal will not side with you as they have technically "delivered" the product to you.
