Paid for 1m gold 2 days ago and have gotten NO replies from the seller about my order, nor has my order been filled. Upon opening tickets, I keep getting the same reply from "support" telling me to contact the seller via their chat and that I can get a "store credit refund" if I cancel so that I can purchase from another seller. If the first seller is a scammer, why tf would I want to try purchasing from another one? Not refunding money for unfulfilled purchases has got to be illegal. How do these scammers have a 4.7 on trustpilot?!?

No customer support.

Had one purchase that was charged 3 times for. Get little to no communication from g2g. Ended up for a $61.95 Custom order which was basically 2 dinos and some gates for Ark cost me over $180. Absolutely no help from customer support. Says refunded on one ticket but no store credit and my debit card still charged the $61.95 x2.

Bought a 10$ item that I never received, canceled my order only to get store credit instead of a actual refund, and it wont let me buy anything with the store credit keeps saying contact g2g support and 24 hours later not a single reply from support

Never ever gotten the money i sold my game account for even after the 14 days they have told me. No protection from scam after 14 days so the original owner can just change the account details and you will be locked out forever with no way of recovering it. Contacting support will just have your ticket closed with no replies or help at all. Won't recommend buying an account from them unless you're buying items.

We are sorry to learn about the issue you encountered. To further clarify on this matter, do you mean to say that you sold an account, and as the original owner you change the account details to lock out the buyer, hence you did not receive the money for your sales?

100% Scam

I tried to purchase a game account for $4. First, you have to create an account which requires telephone number verification. Second, after paying for the item, they required I send a picture of my ID and credit card. Their claim was that it is necessary for KYC to prevent money laundering (?) - which is absolutely not true.

Bought account and even provided proof of permaban. It was literally flagged for fraud in 30 minutes. G2g Tried to make it out like I am the one responsible for the fraud and refused any refund and instantly closed the case. It's obvious that this was because the CD key was acquired illegitimately and caused the fraud, as I have put 5$ in to enable to friends feature on other purchased steam accounts with legitimately acquired games. So in conclusion what is self-evident; essentially g2g magically assumed that my 5$ transaction (which was done before on other purchased steam acts with no issue) was the one that got the account flagged for fraud, rather than allowing the seller to have ANY responsibility or investigate them at all. I will never do business with g2g and I feel like I wasted my time from the moment I started.

I already find it unfair as a customer to get store credit instead of an actual refund already. But to wait

For 24 hours for a store credit to happen is totally unacceptable. When your seller doesn't deliver on time

It's only fair

To refund the buyer immediately and ask them not to put a misleading ETA and doesn't even answer

Wanted to get a FRESH new smurf to be able to play with my friends, turns out the acc I got was stolen! How nice! Thankfully the victim seems to has got his account back, but it just goes to show how scummy these people are, I'm sure not every account is stolen, but that still is a huge problem imo, g2g clearly is okay with that and that's just not right. Also, I have to wait like 2 days to cancel my order, like what? L website, L scammers, L people. In the picture below you can see how the original email of the persons/victims account was changed to this new random Russian email.

This site supports scammers

Ordered ESO Imperial Edition - received ESO Morrowind edition which is basically a base game that I already own. Reached out to the seller to reply. Escalated to G2G with video proof and they said that since my order has been "delivered" (wrong code was sent) they are "unable to proceed with cancellation". I told them I got the code for the wrong game version, but they don't care. I spent 3 days messaging them but they just ignore your explanation and "are unable" to do anything (yeah right)... Stay away!

They scam you on refunds.

If any sale goes wrong and you need a refund. You won't be getting the money back in your bank ever. They give you store credit which you'll likely never use. Absolute joke of a customer support who do not care and will not help you.

Bought some items which I was able to enjoy for a week. After a week the seller refunded all the items he had gifted me and my a account was back the way it was before. I tried contacting g2g several times and never did I get a real response. All they did was send automated messages and declaring my issue as resolved despite not doing anything

Dishonorable sellers

I ordered twice from two different sellers. The first failed to deliver within the stipulated time, compelling me to cancel it and order from a different seller. The exact same thing happened with the second seller -- my credit card was charged, but the seller never delivered the goods; in fact, they simply never got back to me, as if I haven't purchased anything, except they already have my money.

Horrible, horrible place to buy in-game items.

G2G just want your money! They don't check the sellers if they're legit or not and it's weird that you just have specific time to rate the sellers. I think all of them are bunch of hackers who steals other people account and sell it on G2G then after 2-3 weeks, they hack it back and sell it again.

This site make me sick.
1-Try to cash withdraw for a two month and I did not receive it yet.
2-cant buy anything by my balance account, You have to use ur bank card.
3- I bought with another card. Money has been withdrawn then got verification problem! My money was not returned for 3 week!
4- support will not support you he just can give you a new ticket! And when I am trying to contact them, give me a new ticket for my old ticket!

This is my personal experience with them. I made a sales and one of the orders was "not delivered" by their terms. For 2 years i made only 2 mistakes in delivery and they decided to close my account without explanation or anything. They literally stole my 300€ from account and blocked it. If you ever thing to sell in this $#*!ty platform - DO NOT EVER DO IT!

Scam company! Avoid!

I sold an account via G2G, bound the account to the buyer's info and he confirmed delivery. A few days later he raised a G2G ticket saying items were deleted from the account. G2G customer service did not provide any proof or responded to my questions on the activities, they simply copy and pasted "The order is still in warranty, please fix the problem in 24 hours or we have to cancel and refund, thanks for your cooperation" and cancelled the order. In the end, I lost the account and the $, no proof was given to me, I doubt they even read my responses that I did not delete anything and only the buyer had access to the account.

So you can basically buy a game account, have it bound to you, then say something is wrong with it (or delete something yourself) and get full refund and still keep the account to scam the seller.

I bought a LoL account around about 2 months ago, I played on it for about 20 days until all the details were changed and I couldn't access the account again. I then messaged the seller who saw the messages but didn't reply. A month later I sent him a few more messages but this time he didn't even see them and I got 0 reply. I tried contacting support but they said they couldn't help. Basically I lost the account and money. And if support replied and says ‘'you will have to try contact to seller on regards of getting a refund'' what do you think I've tried doing? He just went offline and hasn't been online for over a month now. Terrible service and terrible website.
