I have been buying from g2g for quite some time now. Some sellers are slower but generally most of them deliver on time. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy game items from them.
I ordered in-game currency from this company and it was initially stated that this order would take an hour. 4 hours later and they tell me that if I cancel the order I'll get store credit. Store credit doesn't fix this issue in the least as I have no faith in their employees to do their jobs after this first interaction. I paid for a specific amount, at a specific rate, for a specific time. I don't intend to renegotiate with a seller that charges a higher rate, especially after their first seller was unresponsive. This is a poorly run company, assuming it's not just a site to scam people short on personal time. I would highly recommend that anyone considering this site instead find another route to meet their goals.

Good communication throughout from start to finish. Discussion of how, when and where this gets done aswell aswell as details of screenshots, twitch stream and even a well done at the end. I think I was more annoyed they got content down first time making it look very very easy.

Quality products, professional sellers, and generally very personable and able to answer most questions and help you for the 1st timers buying a digital product with "real world" money. Everything I have purchased here has been to description, quality, and delivered quite rapidly after purchase (most I've had to wait might have been an hour or two). Overall, fun interaction and opened my experience to the opportunities of being able to sell a non-tangible item for tangible cash! Apparently each game must have their own economy independent of ours... ;) Excellent overall :)

I've bought a 200 USD account which turned up to be a scam.
I've had the order: *******-1 of an account from Gbmmd. The account was good no link to any platform. I've added all accounts linked to it even 2-step auth, but yesterday the account was taken back by the previous owner probably via support.
The response from G2G was that insurance policy is up and nothing can be done, the seller does not even respond he let me in seen even on his page he says 30 days warranty, what a scam I'm just disgusted. Just don't buy anything from them keep your money and use it wise for anything else.

They reply to my emails withing 20 seconds! That's right! I was amazed at how easy it was to reach them. It was like texting someone on whatsapp. Overall decent website to buy game accounts from. I have had two orders where the seller was a scammer but g2g support helped me out both times and gave me a full refund

Me as an individual seller has a problem to sell when another dealer which have more stock of gold reduce their price. The problem is they are not really have that amount of gold. Its impossible for individual player to make Millions of gold like that, They just trying to make the price lower so they can buy the gold from us and resell it with higher price. This is un fair while we spend our time farming gold with a risk of beeing banned
Got the delivery within 30mins but the guy never responded me when I tried to communicate with him until ages later. Plus when I got the goods he tried to re-inv to group again which tells me he tried to scam me for the gold.
Im never gonna buy from G2G again, its 50/50 if you get a honest seller or not, and even if you get your goods, the seller is never communicative. Im gonna use wow tokens in the future.
Dont trust G2G rating system... is all Im saying, its not legit even if they are verified. Buy from g2g at your own risk

I sold an account on December 3 and i should've received my money on December 10. It's been 5 days and i still didn't receive the payment, i keep getting automated responses.
I had plans to sell a lot of stuff on G2G but when i don't receive the payments while the customers are happily using my accounts, i don't know what to say.

Bought an Platinum account, but received SIlver. Customer service refused to refund me, told me to refer to refund policy. I asked them your section 1.2 described my case, all I got from them is a one-sided reply said they won't review my case or giving any explanation

Bought gold for wow. Seller being posted not sure he still operates no replies to anything yet he allegedly exists?.
They take your money instantly. Managed after several emails to get a credit but do not want to purchase through these guys again. Seeking full refund as paid via PAY PAL, hence will raise a dispute through them. They charge a fee each transaction so reduce your money each time you use the account. A TOTAL RIP OFF
My order was never delivered but money is withdrawn from account. I have tried to contact G2G but No response. My order was placed in April 2021. They don't follow any of their promises on website with response within 7 days. I recommend people to stay away from G2G! Do not risk your money!
Account seller recovered the account. Contacted support and they asked for screenshots as proof, I then provided over 10 screenshots. They mulled it over for about 2 weeks and then sent me a message saying
"We would like to apologize for the difficulties you have encountered for this order of yours.
Regretfully, we are unable to probe further even though we have attempted to do so on best-efforts basis, as your order has already exceeded the insured period and is no longer under coverage."
Gee I wonder why my order exceeded the insured period considering it took you 14 days to respond?
In short, it's a scam website run by Indonesian rip-offs. They will take your money, they will waste your time, and there is no legal recourse.

However, you only raised the matter on 28th Dec, 2019, which has exceeded the 7-day insurance period which you have agreed upon with the seller when placing order. This is by far the best website to buy currency on, specifically classic wow. The prices are the cheapest I've seen on any other website. Some sellers are garbage but you can cancel your order and be refunded within 10 minutes from cancelling. I'm receiving nothing from writing this review but after seeing all these negative reviews I decided to add my own two cents because I've bought way to much gold on this site.

A lot of scammers on the website, and they wont do anything to help. Their support team told me that they wont do anything against a scammer, and are ignoring my emails.
The SCAMMER seller is in attached picture below - he sells an account and later recovers it trough some unknown method since i had everything changed and secured 2 step authentication on the account.
My order of 85 USD was made on 5th of May. I could not verify my card (because it has no name stamped on it), and their support (I think it was a bot replying, because they completely ignored any of my words) could help with it. So I cancelled the same day. They sent an e-mail with their 14 days promise. As of 3d of June I still did not receive my money. And they ignore all my tickets in the support about this issue. They just do not reply.
So obviously it is a scam site, don't use if you do not want to lose your money.
I found a couple more people who were scammed, we are preparing a collective lawsuit. If anyone around here wants to join - please let me know. Not big money, but should be a good experience.
I bought an account and cancelled the order and requested a refund for my money back the seller had his account and G2G still has my money. I contact customer support and was notified within 2 days my money will be sent out and processed it has almost been a week and customer suuport are all full of bots not real people who support you and can take care of issues. This company is terrible find another site to purchase accounts because G2G won't support you if anything goes wrong. They tell you that there's guarantees but as far as i'm concerned, you're on your own. Think twice.
