I bought an account and cancelled the order and requested a refund for my money back the seller had his account and G2G still has my money. I contact customer support and was notified within 2 days my money will be sent out and processed it has almost been a week and customer suuport are all full of bots not real people who support you and can take care of issues. This company is terrible find another site to purchase accounts because G2G won't support you if anything goes wrong. They tell you that there's guarantees but as far as i'm concerned, you're on your own. Think twice.

However the timeframe it takes for the pre-authorization to expire and the amount be reflected back to your account will depend on the policy of your bank, but typically it is within 14 days. We advise you to contact your bank for more information. Thank you.
