Ordered ESO Imperial Edition - received ESO Morrowind edition which is basically a base game that I already own. Reached out to the seller to reply. Escalated to G2G with video proof and they said that since my order has been "delivered" (wrong code was sent) they are "unable to proceed with cancellation". I told them I got the code for the wrong game version, but they don't care. I spent 3 days messaging them but they just ignore your explanation and "are unable" to do anything (yeah right)... Stay away!
