The PCM worked without any issues (much to my surprise) and fixed all the electrical problems I'd been experiencing on my Jeep. I would definitely recommend Flagship One, as I couldn't find anyone in the UK that would test and fix the PCM.

The item I ordered arrived quickly and for a lot cheaper than a dealership could get it, program and install it Installation was about 30 minutes on a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis.

It took a while to get my FICM for my 2005 Ford F-350, but the savings versus the dealership was immense. The customers service department communicated very well on my order status via email.

When I ordered my PCM I was told 2 to 7 business days. Almost 5 weeks later I got it in the mail. Still didn't fix my truck but don't the money to see if I've got a good pcm or not.
PCM ordered for Dodge Charger, eventually received and works perfectly right out of the box. Would have been 5 stars but it took a few weeks to receive contrary to initial expectations, though customer service via email and phone was great. Abby and Christina listened to my concerns and were responsive. Unfortunately car could not be repaired quickly due the the long delay with preparing and shipping out the Item. Would by from again.
Great service, they helped confirm the correct ECU was ordered with my VIN. Once recieved it was plug and play. Amazing!

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
