Ordered a ECM for my 1998 GMC Safari shipping was delayed several times. I did receive the ECM later than was promised, so far the unit is working. Satisfied with ECM.
Original ecm throwing a code for intake manifold runner. Replaced same. Code would not go away. Dealer wanted $$$$$$$ to "fix". 3 bolts, 2 connectors later (and a good price from flagship)--- hardest part of the job was opening the hood. Code cleared almost immediately. (re-learn takes a few "drive cycles"). Saved mucho bucks. Am pleased as punch.

Several pins on the last ECM that I received were bent over. I was able to straighten them and install. Other than that, worked as expected.

So far its been great. Called and made sure I had right part number to order, per my Vin. Placed order online and will update this review once I have part and install it. Customer service was great.
All was perfect except took too many days to receive it, may be this is the norm for on line purchases, if it is then the time needs to be shortened from weeks to days! I will continue to buy from flagship however cause they r the best option all around!

I was told that I would have a working engine control unit for my Dakota but it did not function as told transmission doesn't work properly ABS Warning sound airbags Trying to find someone local who can fix it too much money to have it sent back to be repaired Cost me $800 Canadian to buy it and half to have it set back maybe never seeing it again Live in Vancouver

Order a ecm and it never came to my address. I text and complained and they said it was delivered. I looked everywhere around the property and couldn't find it. My neighbor that is two houses away was working on his shrubs and he found my package back in behind the shrubs and he was nice enough to bring it to me.so I recommend that if you buy anything from them make shur that it is done by FedEx. Because they don't care if you get it because all they care about is getting the money and recharging you for there mistakes.

Although my ECM was on back order for a few weeks, it was worth the wait. I installed the ECM in about ten minutes and started my Cadillac CTS right up. Didn't have to reprogram the key or anything like that. The car is running like brand new. Thanks Flagship! I would recommend your service to anyone.
Ordered a PCM fora 2010 Dodge Journey 2.4L with transmission shift problem, code P0755 which we diagnosed to problem with PCM. When we received PCM it would only shift 1,2,3 but not overdrive. We had to send PCM back to have it reprogrammed which took 3 weeks. PCM worked for about 1 month and then again stopped shifting in to overdrive again. We sent PCM again back to Flagship for repairs and they sent it back 3 weeks later and we installed it an now transmission does not work at all. Call Flagship and they said nothing is wrong with PCM. After further diagnostic we decided to try a different re-builder and installed their PCM and everything works normal again. When we tried to tell Flagship the problem and asked for a different PCM we were told that it would cost us any further warranty. It appears they are not interested in taking care of their customers even when their customer is completely qualified to properly diagnose the problem. They have not even offered to refund the cost of their defective part. I have been a California Star rated Smog Tech since 1984 and have been in my own business 38 years. I will not recommend this company for anything. Argonaut Automotive
O k i'm not the smartest person in the world but when you order a $1000.00 computer (ECM) and now I have the 3rd ECM from Y'all and it want even communicate with the car and I've asked several times for a sinor manager to call me regarding these issues no is willing to take the time to follow-up, the only follow-up I get is an email to fill out a RMA form.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
