Bought for my father's PT Cruiser. After he sunk a lot of money into it, and still had issues, a new computer seemed to be the only possible fix. Was a bargain compared to everything else he had tried. A few hundred bucks, and a couple weeks later, new ECU showed up ready to plug and play. It's been months now since the install, with no issues whatsoever! Even if there was, their lifetime warranty keeps me at ease. Definitely worth every cent to turn a problem child into a reliable daily driver. Have and will recommend to anyone who might need this as a fix. Thanks Flagship One!

They were very meticulous and thorough in describing the process for ordering and the process for QAQC on the product I was receiving. I actually ordered two different components and did not need one of the components. They were very methodical and helpful in making sure I got the portion of money back I was entitled.
Overall, I could not have asked for more. The pricing was exceptionally good and the follow through was very good as well.

SOLD BAD PCM THEN WOULDN'T STAND BEHIND IT. MESSED CUSTOMER AROUND FOR MONTH AND A HALF. FINALLY SENT THEM TO DEALER FOR PCM REPLACEMENT FIXED CAR LOST CUSTOMER. AND SO DID YOU
So far no real issues, other than it's plug and play and simple after preprogrammed.

We ordered an ECM from this company, shipping was fast. Problem was, the ECM didnt work properly. We paid $225 dollars to make sure the ECM was properly programmed at the dealer. Still didn't work. Shipped back to Flagship for them to tell us there was nothing wrong with it. We ordered another one from someone else and the vehicle started first turn. So, there troubleshooting process is garbage, there Technicians apparently have no clue what they are doing, If I could rate them a 0. I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
As many cannot afford new cars they are trying to fix old cars. Many times we run into parts being obsolete. I have used Flagship One several times and they have had good quality and get things done pretty quick as we have to consider shipping across the nation. Thanks

Got a dud from Rock Auto, truck was throwing 9 codes, lean bank, rich bank etc. Got yours and even though the manuals say my year didn't need programed, I like the fact you test yours after programming. Remember that a code reading won't diagnose a faulty computer (it doesn't throw codes) but when put yours in the check engine light disappeared, didn't even have to reset with code reader, just when off my it's self.Very Pleased

Ordered a computer for a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis and was suppose to be plug and play but it was not. Long story short I either have a different issue other than PCM, there was an issue with the "re learning" procedure or the PCM just didn't work.
My Experience was GREAT! My contact person was Conrad Russell. I liked it that You dealt with 1 person throughout your processing of information and ordering and getting repairs. Everyone I delt with was so Friendly! I had HIGH Hopes that the Company would do as they claimed 100% satisfaction or your $ back! After the computer was refurbished and back in the car, it ran for 168 miles before the computer started acting Up and things started going Wrong that had NEVER been a problem before and stemming back to the computer! My mechanic said since they weren't Local that it was a slim chance of them fixing it correctly! I had such HIGH Hopes things would be Right since the 100% guarantee and everyone was so GREAT dealing with! Conrad was GREAT ๐ Now things aren't so GREAT ๐. If the repair had been like the customer service my rating would be 5 but the computer is acting Up in ways it had NEVER Done before being refurbished and it's SAD. ๐
