Ecu is bad. O2 sensor codes that won't erase. After reading the reviews and the time it will take to get a replacement or refund i just decided to not to go through the hassle. It already took a month to get the unit when in the description it was supposed to be two weeks. I wish I had read the the reviews before I purchased
We have used FS1 for years, but lost track of them a few years ago, after stumbling across them on the internet recently, we have had great success with their parts. The only downside I have ever seen with them, shipping time is a crap shoot. They still get 5 stars for their products have been above standard.

Had to reach out to customer service before ordering because there are multible moduals that could have fit my vehicle. Customer service was prompt and helpful and directed me to the one I needed. Placed my order and was updated at each step of the process. The item was delivered within the given time frame. I installed it with no problems and got the vehicle back on the road.

Trusted forum reviews for refurbished ecu / pcm. Took 2 weeks, but good communication and they responded to emails quickly. End of the day the pcm worked, programmed properly to my vin. Good value.

The time frame they give is not correct. I called 3 times after the time frame had expired and was given false information regarding the status of the order each time. After about one month the order finally shipped. So far, the product has been working fine.
It did not resolve issue. Garage had trouble with process.
Called and asked about a TCM for my Mazda, to which they replied they had non. Lacked the knowledge that in my year of Mazda the transmission computer is in the same module as the Engine computer. Found a module on their site that was compatible (didnt tell me about it, i had to find it on my own) Waited a month to finally get it just to put it in, get keys made to the new module, just to find out it's not even coded correctly to my car. So now I have to take the new and old to a dealership to have the old coded to the new and redo the keys AGAIN. The only thing they're good for is the module, they can't code properly and make you waste your money. I'm at least 1k into it before even going to the dealership.
