I was trying to get my jeep fixed for like two months. Our last resort was the computer for the car. We were actually told by the dealership that it was basically time to get a new vehicle, and I actually think they gave us your information, (where to get the part), by mistake. Anyway, once we got your information I ordered the part, took it to the place that works on my cars, and the vehicle has been running ever since!

Customer service reps sounded like they were from India and very difficult to understand. We went to Youtube for a successful and easier start up/relearn process. The new PCM works great and it's like having a new truck. 2001 Silverado 4.8L with 480K on it.

I purchased an ECU for my 2003 Silverado, the price was fantastic. I was immediately contacted by Ervir and was kept informed all along the way as well as after I received the product, which was quite quickly to add. Unfortunately after receiving the ECU I found out that it was not the problem and I asked to return the item. Even in this again they were very helpful. I would highly recommend them for your Control unit needs.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
