Had to call to find out why it hadn't been ship. Had to reconfirm my order. Then email the part number a week later. A few days later then email the vin. Number of the vehicle. After that I received a message that the program department was back logged. It was a month after I placed my order I finally received it. This in turn put my customer disgruntled with me. To please the customer I only charged him for parts and not for the labor.
Overall good experience and product has been going strong for 6 months so far

A chipmunk chewed the wires frying the computer system in my car. It needed a new one and I found your website. The price was very good. We did have to take it and have it installed because of the mess the chipmunk made. It worked great. Differently recommended this product. The shipping was fast. Everything worked great

We had a mechanic work on our jeep and he found that the computer was not performing like it should. They said they would order it and let me know when it came in. After a month of waiting I called them and they sent me the link to your company. They never ordered it. So I ordered it and it was a very quick delivery. I took my car to a different mechanic and they installed it and the jeep runs great now. Thank you for your quick delivery so I could have my jeep back!
