A perfect running vehicle developed random misfire and irregular Idle conditions with persistent map sensor code.
I was told that it could take up to 5 days for testing and programming and another 3 days for shipping. Coming from NY to WA I assumed it would likely be the full 8 days. Nope! Ordered it on Monday received it Thursday night. Installed it Friday morning and all issues were resolved and Jeep running better than ever. Noticeably better! The gentleman who took my call was very thorough and explained everything in detail including instructing me on activating the lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Flagship One

Super awesome and easy to do yourself. I had a bad tuning on v6 think it was a v8 mis firing like crazy and got the new ecu from flagship and with a few hours of work I had a up and running car just as good when it come off the factory floor

When I looked on the website they had my ECU available. So I placed an order. I thought I would have to wait for a while, but they shipped it out right away. ECU was well packaged. Arrived super fast. And work great. Extremely satisfied.

After several attempts to make the "new" PCM work, we are giving up on it.
We followed the instructions with no success!
Not sure how to proceed?
We don't have a lot of experience with the electronics, and we are not sure how to verify if a PCM is good OR bad.
We were under the impression that this would be a "plug & play" type of swap.
I bought this for my son's car, and it's still dead in the water!
2000 Olds Alero computer wouldn't accept PCM trouble codes. Couldn't pass smog inspection. "Computer Not Ready!"
Swapped PCM and bada bing, got the DTC codes and not I can get the car smogged!
I have bought multiple ecm now and have had nothing but the best experience from this company. They make sure they get the right info the make sure you get the correct part so that changing it out goes flawlessly. Thank you and I will definitely continue doing business with Flagship One

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
Answer: Stay away! They charged my card and never sent my part!
