I placed the order quickly and maybe missed some disclaimer but the bouquet delivered looked entirely different from what I ordered and not nearly as nice. I'm very disappointed. I would have gladly paid more for a better quality bouquet. Also, the site indicated same day delivery was possible but a few hours after I placed to the order for that, I received an email saying that wouldn't happen. While the delivery wasn't a major issue, the combination of both was highly disappointing.
Give delivery cost earlier in transaction. The flower arrangement was very pretty, very small and, I feel, somewhat overpriced

They were for my Mom, she's in a rehabilitation center. I can't see her but she said they were beautiful. I've never done business with you before. I'm very satisfied, I never had a time but the delivery was today, and it was delivered today. Thank you

Since you asked... Sorry but I was very disappointed with what was delivered. I even upgraded to the deluxe. However, not only did the arrangement look nothing like the picture, it was mostly filler, very little flowers. I realize with our new normal there are shortages etc but one would think businesses would want to do better to keep customers. A phone call would have been appreciated and I gladly would have said make what you can with what you have. I just wanted nice. I did not call because I would be more embarrassed if the recipient knew I complained. I could have gotten this in a supermarket for far less than $60. Sorry, I wont be back.
Due to my delivery address I am required to spend $50.00 PER ORDER. Your program should allow me to place multiple orders for the same address (or not) and, if needed, prompt me regarding a surcharge when ready to check out.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
