I had an issue submitting order - was uncertain if order received. Asked for clarification but not able to get
1st order the flowers were sent to a funeral out of state. The Funeral Director assured us the flowers were beautiful. I decided to reorder the same arrangement for my mom. The Rose & Lily flowers pictured on the website looks Nothing like want was delivered. The flowers are pretty, NOT what I thought I was getting!

I ordered the higher priced arrangement as it indicated it was as pictured on the website, which appeared to have approx 6 plants. When it was delivered, it appears to have three plants in the arrangement.
This was sent to my son for his birthday, he builds rooftop gardens in Manhattan. I usually don't complain, but this is embarrassing, I paid nearly $20 a plant.

Her mother was phoned, explained it would be a while before arriving at home. The delivery person carefully placed the arrangement behind a chair placed on its side on the porch to help prevent rain and/or wind from causing damage. All was good, my grand daughter was thrilled. Thank you

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
