Terrible service! Ordered a package on September 3, said It would be to receiver on September 5. September 5 came, but no flowers.Received an email saying 'sorry, but your order is having delivery difficulties ' your order will be there September 8. September 8 came, still no flowers. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that the package I ordered wasn't available? Out of season? So I had to settle with a 'in season' flower mix that looked awful! If a person can't have what they ordered from your website, then WHY is it available to purchase? Take it off of the website! It's false advertisement! I was also told that since there was difficulties with my order that the package will be upgraded. When I went over to her house I seen the flowers, and it was definitely small. It wasn't upgraded at all! I mean I paid $62.00 for 2 sunflowers and a few pitiful looking flowers surrounding them! Horrible service, will ABSOLUTELY NEVER use this service again!

The overall experience was wonderful. From great selection, to website interaction and delivery, all was smooth and seamless.
Although I purchased the regular size, when I saw what was delivered I was a bit disappointed. It looked like they went into Walmart and grabbed some flowers and put them in a vase. I understand that it was same day and not a very expensive piece but the arrangement could have looked more professional.
They were beautiful. The only think I did not like and I thought looked cheap was the writing on the banner.

First of all I bought my arrangement so it could be delivered in the morning, however it took all day my person did not receive it until 515 it was very upsetting when I called and the person who worked for you didn't even know where my arrangement was she called me back saying it would get there in 30 mins. That's a lie, also when I ordered my carry it looked fully in the picture she got a small flowers when I ordered the biggest one and the candy was in a bag not a box so upset the only thing good was the balloons. So sad.

The shopping experience was good, I was a little disappointed at checkout with the price for delivery. I was extremely pleased with my Mom receiving her flowers the same day I placed my order, especially for where she lives and I hate to "complain" about delivery cost, but $17 for a $40 order seems excessive.
Easy to order, pay and schedule. Only thing was that the recipient did not receive my card, so she didn't know who to thank. I followed up to make sure she got it. The stem was still in the floral arrangement, but no card...? -- She was in a physical re-hab, so not sure how it got lost, because she did receive it.
She LOVED the happy face vase and said it makes her smile when she looks at it. :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
