Was a day late supposedly upgraded only 3 roses in the whole thing and the back was almost only greenery not flowers way different than the picture I understand the blue cube vase was probably out of stock and replaced with reg blue vase. This is a sympathy arrangement for my mother since my dad passed a couple days ago.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
