Also, There is no way to sort by delivery method while shopping. I can sort by occasion or type of flower. But equally as important is how it is being delivered. My grandmother for example is bedridden and can't even hold anything in her hand. So I need flowers delivered completely prepared in a vase. Not in a box that needs to be cut open, bags and rubber bands that need cut, flowers trimmed, vase filled with water and plant food mixed in, and then finally arranged in a vase.
It's very time-consuming to sort through and click on each type of flower looking for the delivery method. It got too cumbersome to figure out which ones could be delivered which way.
Also as a woman, (I've received flowers in a box before and it's very off-putting. Why do I want to do all the work if it's a gift?)
The absolute last thing that you as a company want, is for a person to order flowers for a very special occasion, thinking they look one way and then them arriving in a completely different condition. I understand you note it in small print during the checkout process at the bottom, but most people do not pay attention to that. They are looking solely at the image. It's very misleading. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
