The oder showed it 2as delivered by 4:45pm while it did not show up until 6:00PM. I called customer service and they contacted the florist who had left for the day and could give me a explanation of where my delivery was. Unfortunate.
Flowers did not really looked like the photos shown on the screen.
Arrangement was not in the vase I selected. I chose my order primarily for the vase. Arrangement contained mostly greens and few flowers. Disappointing.
