The oder showed it 2as delivered by 4:45pm while it did not show up until 6:00PM. I called customer service and they contacted the florist who had left for the day and could give me a explanation of where my delivery was. Unfortunate.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
