My friend loved her "get well" flowers.
Very easy to navigate. Why is the handling fee $15.00? That is a lot for each plant. They are both coming to the same location. I would think this fee would be waived for the second plant.
Loved being able to send someone a Birthday succulent arrangement! I was able to add a card and balloons at check out which was awesome! It's nice to know you can send something to a loved one from far away and they will get it on time for And for a great price! Mahalo!

I signed up to get a 20 % discount and didnt get it. Even with the discount it was the same price. Then you added another 15 dollars for services plus tax, so I almost had to add another 50 percent.
The arrangement was different from what's being shown on the website. The flowers were not delivered until almost 7pm.
Site a little challenging to navigate. 39minimum to deliver to a main area Plus 15 delivery is steep.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
