The process to place an order was very quick and simple. Especially being in another country. I contacted customer service when the delivery did not reach the destination on time. I was very impressed with the efficiency in responding to my request. I received a sincere apology and was informed when the delivery would take place and received a voucher for another purchase in the future. The recipient was very impressed with the gift and the care that was taken of the cakes that he received. I will certainly use From You Flowers again. Thank you.

The flowers were pretty. I paid an additional amount for a picture on the vase. But what was received was a sheet of paper with the picture on it. This was very disappointing because while ordering it asked if I wanted a picture on the vase and the final product shown was a vase with the picture on it.
The flowers were sent in a very timely fashion and they were beautiful!

I was not pleased with the fees and service charge of $19.95, even though delivery was free. That was quite a surprise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
