The flowers were beautiful and my daughter loved them. I will sure use you again. The only thing was that I placed the order before 2pm for same day delivery on 9/14 on her Birthday, and they were delivered this morning 9/15, but we are still happy. Thank you for your great job!
Great price, great delivery time
The last times I had flowers delivered my Mom raved about how beautiful they were.
I was very disappointed in the flowers. They looked old, the water was dirty, the flowers were too short to reach the water. I threw out most of them. Thank goodness I didn't send them to anyone else. I was getting them for my birthday lunch. The were embarrassing.
It was smaller than I expected and some of the flowers were brown.
I think the flowers were listed as $35.99 - then I was charged $44.99 with a discount of $2.25. I don't know how you explain the increase in cost. I went from $35.99 to a total of $65.58 with all your add-ons. Not too happy with that total.
Easy and affordable. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner with same day service and they were very fresh and beautiful.
Handling charges out if line.$20 on top of bouquet...silly
I contacted them and they gave me a voucher for $15.

Love The ease of Shopping w/ You All and was pleased with 1st Floral Purchase 2 Months ago, so I decided to purchase from You All again.
Felt their was confusion on the Pricing and so called Credit extended-didn't seem to fully Discount as promised?
However overall pleased, the delivery was timely and professional.

Everything went very well ordering was easy and delivery time was great. The person the flowers were delivered too said they were very pretty.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
