I was disappointed as these were to be delivered to go to a memorial service for today. But you guys emailed me and i appreciated that very much. The flowers arrived to the person they was meant for and i saw them today and about fell over. They were beautiful and so much bigger than i thought they would be. It was false advertising. I specifically chose a gift basket that did not have a lot of candy, the picture and description was mostly a variety of chips and crackers. The basket arrived with about 60
Mini candies, 1 small can of Pringles, I small can of peanuts. That was not what I wanted/. Very disappointed

It is ok that because of the Covid they left the arrangement at the door... but at least they had to knock on the door to notify the arrival because it was not until 2 hours after left that my son by chance saw the arrangement for my daughter-in-law and pick up it. The chocolates melted completely since it was in full sun for a long time.
I ordered two bouquets and they were not delivered until 7:30 pm. I got an email saying that they had been delivered but, when I called my sister to confirm, she still had not received them. They finally arrived that evening, and the surprise was spoiled. The flowers are pretty but don't look like the pictures. I just hope they last more than a day or two.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
