Your advertising gets people in to the system, thinking that you can send flowers without it costing an arm and a leg. Then you go through the whole order and it wont allow you to send yo9ur choice because you have to spend a 'minimum' so you have to go back and reorder something more expensive. That's false advertisement and just a BS extra charge. Also after you order once you supposedly give us customers a discount for the next order but that is the discount that everyone gets on the already inflated prices. I have ordered twice but will not order again nor will I tell people about this business.
I got different prices throughout checkout. Not a good thing.

Got the flowers and they were dead leaves were falling off the stems. Flower's were wilted. Very bad
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
