Ordering was weird I somehow had 3 of the same arrangements in my cart and the one that I meant to choose had a card message but since I couldn't see it I had to delete all of them and start over. Then, I log on to check tracking and it says delivered. I then call my wife and she doesn't mention it so now I have to break the surprise to ask if she received them. I call customer service and explain the situation. They said they called the florist and no answer but they promised delivery before 6 so they have 2 more hours. I told her the email says delivered. So then about 1 hr later I get a message from my wife thanking me. When I get home the flowers did not look good the lilies were not even open and they looked horrible they were drooping and starting to die. Definitely not happy n after spending over 100$ for almost dead flowers
The site was easy to use and offered good choices. My dad received his flowers on time and loved them. He raved about how beautiful they were. He even commented that he wished they would stay alive forever because he wanted to keep them. Thanks for helping me make my dad's day.

My delivery was suppost to be delivered on the 15th for my wife's birthday. It didn't show up till the day after. That was disappointing. But the flowers were still beautiful and the wife loved them, so bitter sweet.lol

The bouquet that was delivered was not what I had ordered. I ordered "Classic Red Rose and White Lily Bouquet". What was delivered was mostly white daisies. There were 6 roses and a couple colored lilies and the vase that was to be red was a clear vase. I also added a Medium Stuffed Bear to the bouquet. What was brought (after the bouquet was delivered) was a stuffed monkey.
Based on what I got as opposed to what was on the site I will not be using this service again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
