This was a very easy site to navigate. I sent the rainbow roses to my sister-in- law. She sent a photo of them and said they were beautiful. They looked fine to me. We ordered once before and the florist added baby's breath which made a big difference. I didn't like having to pay for the vase. But overall it was a pleasant, easy transaction.
My shopping experience was fine today - the only problem I had was I'm finding it IMPOSSIBLE to use the 'credits' that I always get emails about. Over and over via email I'm told I have a credit on my account to use towards my next purchase. The only discount that was applied to my order today was the regular offer code anyone can use on the site. You really need to make the credit offers easier to use - and if it's just a ploy and they don't really exist - then just send a coupon code. Thanks, Cat

My family received the flowers I order fromyou flowers.com and it looked nothing like the picture... I called the customer service line to let them know that I was disappointed and not satisfied with the order. Even though I was very upset and expressed my dissatisfaction, they were very professional and helpful... they said they are going to send a replacement flowers to my family hopefully it matches what I was expecting.
We'll see if she gets these, if so I'll be back again and again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
