The ccx starting price with the discount is pretty good, then they get the money back with the handling fee and tax on top of that. The price comes out to be quite a bit more than you expected. Everything else was very good!
Your on line tracker did not recognize the order number. I had to call to find out if the flowers were delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
