My experience with fromyouflowers.com was very good overall. The only problem that I experienced was a sorting problem by UPS which resulted in the flowers being delivered three days later than planned. Fromyouflowers.com was gracious to refund the weekend delivery fee and a portion of the cost of the flowers. I would do business with the company again.

I did request to have the flowers delivered late pm. However, I received one of the arrangements after 7pm at night. I needed the flowers for early the following morning and some of the flowers were already dead. The reason I did not asked them to be delivered the morning of the day I needed them is because I had to have them before 10am and there was only a paid guarantee of delivery by 12pm. The arrangements remained in an a/c room and I don't think the flowers should have been in such a bad shape.
The other issue is that I called to find out the delivery status of one of the arrangements because online it showed as having been delivered and it had not been delivered at that time. After being put on hold for a while, I got disconnected twice. In addition, I had a hard time communicating with the representative as her English was not very good. The product/service were not awful; however, the arrangements were not cheap, therefore, I expected them to be much more efficient.
Ordered flowers just for them to cancel an hour later. Called they said no problem we will send them UPS. Day of delivery ( 3 days later) time comes and goes. Call back to see whats going on for them to say they put the order in wrong and if we want they can send it by UPS and would be there Tuesay, OR send the flowers to a different zip code and address. So their solution is for my mom to move and change her birthday to fix their screw up! What a joke! I would not recommend this company for anything and wouldnt give them the 1 star but negative 10 wasnt an option.

I have not seen the flowers nor a photo of them. So I can't say they were what I ordered or paid for. These went to a rehab center in another state. Thank you for an easy way to get flowers to a loved one that can't have visitors.

This was a birthday gift for a friend. I was highly disappointed to find that my order would be a day late especially given the fact that the order was placed a few days in advance. This should not happen to a first time customer. The shipping is too high for this kind of inconvenience.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday...she did get them the day after they were supposed to be delivered.She was happy with them. I was charged for two orders and only ordered one. I called your representative. He told me there was nothing he could do.He showed only one order. He told me to call my bank which I did. And they will investigate and hopefully I will get my money back in about a month.So I will not order this way again.
I ordered previously and I was pleased with my order so I ordered again and ordered the same exact item.The flowers were okay but the vase was not the same. They use a clear vase which was supposed to be the one with the cross.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
