Very high service handling charges. Additionally, the product looks nowhere similar to what it is shown in the website. You should also provide the customers with an estimated delivery time or a tracking link. I expected it to be delivered in the afternoon but it was delivered in the evening.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
