I did not see the flowers but in speaking to the recipient, the description did not match the order I placed. While I realize the florist does not carry all the flowers and containers that is shown on the website, some sort of consideration should be made--either a phone call to the customer stating the situation with availability of flowers and/or containers or notification via email. Customer should be given options before the order is placed. Otherwise, I was told that the recipient was very satisfied with the flowers delivered. Hopefully they were beautiful. I am not placing any fault with the florist, just the process of ordering flowers.
It was a gift for my Moms birthday and she absolutely loved the flowers, candy abs balloons.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
