For all flower/planter orders I only use Connells! The planter teddy bear order was for a dear friend who just lost her father. She sent a note of thanks which compliments your planter and teddy bear. She has something she can keep close to her for a long as a reminder of her friends love and her loving relationship with her dear father. Thank you!

Looking to order quickly but it was confusing to redeem the 20% off offer, it didn't appear to make a difference for the arrangement I chose, disappointed.
When I actually saw the flower arrangement, it was not as shown on the display photo, it look more like the small size instead of the premium I had selected, disappointed.
Your prices are misleading as they should include service and handling and not just the flowers themselves.

My only real issue with your customer service is that they fill all the empty spaces in the conversation with useless words. Difficult to explain but an example might be "let me change screens and look at that" and then a bunch more words I couldn't even understand. They just filled up all the silence. They talked fast and didn't listen. I had to call because the cardholder, not me, needed a receipt emailed. They acted like this was a security issue. I asked them to email a receipt to the cardholder, not me. It took a long time to communicate that this was not a security issue. All because they talked and talked and didn't listen.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
