I was supposed to have an "on sale" discount of $10 as advertised, but it did not show at checkout and would not let me use it. So, basically, they took $10 out of my pocket that should have been mine. The flowers were nicer, but WAY overpriced.
Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered across the state. They arrived the same day, like I requested and am told they are beautiful. Would recommend.

Fast & easy Thank u. But once I got 2 the Funeral my flowers were the worst they hardly had flowers all this space in between I was so Disappointed with the appearance of it. Looked Very Cheap. Standing there next 2 other full wreaths of flowers. Never ordering from here again
I do not know exactly the flowers that my neighbor received so I am kind of in the dark, maybe you can make your service better by including a picture of the flower delivery to the purchaser

Update: I chose CREATED BY FLORIST. Cheap looking.Carnations and filler flowers that were red, white, purple and green. I know I took a chance by not specifying what I wanted but they're a FLORIST they should know what goes together.They did look fresh, now she gets to look at ugly flowers even longer.

My friend received them, they were sparse. I paid to have an upgrade, didn't really see what that was other than spread out to make them seem a little larger. Ordering from this site is kind of a Meh
I ordered flowers and three balloons of assorted colors for a wedding gift but unfortunately they sent a Mylar happy birthday balloon. Disappointed in the lack of attention to detail.

I never received my ordered flowers. Had to fight with customer service to get a refund and was promised a replacement which I have still not received. Every single person that I spoke to was rude and did not seem concerned with the fact I was upset about the missing flowers. The person I had ordered them for lost a child. When you specify a date for flowers that is when they should be there. Very disappointed. Will never use this company again
The planter that was delivered looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The planter I ordered was specifically selected because of the peace lilies in the arrangement. There were no peace lilies in the arrangement delivered. The planter delivered contained nondescript plants that looked like they needed watering with a couple of small flowers resembling Peruvian lilies. For the price paid I expected far better quality. I realize I agreed that substitutions could be made, but this substitution was in no way comparable to the arrangement pictured online. I am extremely disappointed in the product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
