Easy to use system! The flowers arrived on time and with very nice service. Only thing is the arrangement in the picture has roses and tulips which I would have much preferred over the carnations that were put instead. This is obviously a cheaper flower.
It says that there's a discount but the service /handling fee is bigger than the discount so it doesn't make sense for you guys to put a discount. There shouldn't be any problem with this delivery with the amount that we are paying.

More detailed information on size of container, total arrangement would be nice. Being able to choose a container would be a nice service. There was not enough choices on plants, so we had to use another delivery service. Flower arrangement sent was beautiful ~ Thank you.
The handling add charge in at the end was a buzz kill, significantly increased the overall price. Upgraded deluxe arrangement not delivered in time, had to be resent after the weekend. Customer service was helpful but still didn't make up for a 3 day delay.
I really Thought there would of been more than 10 flowers. No filler which would of made it more full. And 2 of the flowers had broken stems. :( although the case is beautiful.

Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when my sister-in-law sent me a picture and 4 of the 12 roses were wilted and leaves crumpled! How frustrating it is to pay for a beautifully pictured item to received them wilted and leaves crumpled and/or missing. My mother-in-law appreciated them and even mentioned how droopy some of the flowers were, but she was going to put them in water to build them back up. Of course she said she loved them from her family in Indiana, but I was not pleased. I hope that my daughters bouquet is as pretty and fresh as the pictured item, because her birthday is tomorrow the 20th. Please don't disappoint me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
