I paid for the premium bouquet and it was very small. I love the bouquet but if I had wanted a small one that's what I would have paid for. Everything else was perfect.
Everything went correctly. Flowers delivered looked a little less full than the ones in the picture when I ordered. But we're very pretty. The cast is a bit high but when you live away from recipient it's service that matters. I feel a good job was done by all.

He called me when no one answered the door as he was afraid to leave the flowers by the door in the 90 degree heat. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
