The flowers that were delivered matched the ones on the website picture. I specifically wanted a purple arrangement and was very glad no substitutions were made to diminish the purple glow that was the recipients favorite color.
My recipient said she really liked the flowers and colourful smiley face mug.
My mother did not receive the color flowers, that I ordered. I ordered yellow, white and blue flowers, my mother received, orange, yellow and purple flowers instead. I am a little upset that the order I placed was not what was sent to her for her birthday.

I was told by the recipient that the flowers are beautiful. My problem is, they were delivered on the wrong date. I purposely ordered them for 8/26 because today is her actual birthday, but even more importantly, she was working when they were delivered and therefore were not seen until the end of the evening.(after a brutal rain/wind storm)
I understand that due to covid there is no contact, but I was meeting her today and if she didnt see them outside her door, I would've told her to look. Just a very upsetting experience.
I did not contact from you florist because what could they actually do? The flowers were delivered.
Solution: The florist should look at the date for delivery before just delivering them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
