The service has been okay the shipping is inconsistent. I used a coupon code on my last order but the coupon code was not accepted. And I exited out of the order and tried it several times and it still didn't work.
Kinda expensive but websight was easy to use.
We paid for the deluxe bouquet and it's looks nothing like whats pictured on the site. It's very sparse as well.

The flowers were supposed to come in a blue mason jar - which is one of the reasons I ordered that particular item and it came in a standard vase that is very simple and generic.

Easy and seemless but the arrangement I picked, I picked that one because it had sunflowers as the primary flower. However, what was delivered didn't have any sunflowers. That's a pain when the person the arrangement was for someone who loves sunflowers. Disappointed
