You should know at least approximate total price before placing the order not afterwards. The additional charges they appeared after order placing were about $20 more. Then to get some rebate I had to do some 7days subscription. That is very INCONVINIENT and a lot of time consuming...

I think the price for this particular bouquet was a little high. Shipping handling was too expensive.
But it was a pretty bouquet. Although I don't know what the actual bouquet that was delivered looked like, my daughter liked it
My only complaint is the vase I payed extra for was not what was shown in the picture. It shows a fat vase. This is a straight side vase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
