I've ordered from Youflowers.com with great feedback from recipients. I ordered the special of the day to commemorate the date of my mother's death. I was disappointed with the bouquet for the price point. It just didn't live up to my expectations based upon my previous experience.
It won't determine me from ordering in the future because this was the first time I've been disappointed. But it does throw into question the bouquet I sent yesterday for the death of a dear friend's mother.
I now know what to expect for specials of the day for future notice.

The flowers are pretty but what was delivered was not even close to what the picture displayed. All else was good.
Your service fee is extremely high, plus you charge a separate fee for something else. The flowers are beautiful; however, the arrangement is quite small for the price. For the same price I could have gotten something a little larger from your competition.

I received e-mail that I wasn't getting same day delivery, but it did arrive early the next day and seeing a picture it was gorgeous. Usually disappointed when sending flowers, but seeing how beautiful the arrangement was, I was fine with the one day late. Not sure if mylar balloon was added, can't see in pic. Florist did a fantastic job!
The fruit basket was perfect. The candy basket did not look anything like the one online and the candy shown was not the candy she received. More chocolate on the website, more boxed candy like good n plenty (which she does not care for) in the basket she received. Substitutions were expected, but normally substitutes are with a similar product.
The service/handling charge is quite excessive.
I did not receive the floral arrangement, but sent it to a friend who is now a grandmother of 2 little nuggets (a boy and a girl). She was surprised and very happy with the arrangement. Indicating that the flowers were beautiful.

The price was 31.99 for the mum with a $8 discount but at checkout it adds a $14.99 handling fee that is never mentioned. A little bit of a shock. The flowers were delivered timely and very nice.
Would have been nic to have a few filler flowers like baby's breath intermixed in the rose bouquet, for a few dollars more.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
