Everything was delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful but one bunch was not quite the color pictured. Do not agree with being charged 2 $15 handling fees when both bouquets went to the same house.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
